It was a choice between an air fryer or electric pressure cooker...
After much research..I took the pressure cooker and can honestly say I could not be without one...

Yet similar not the same right? If the same I'll be all over.
These things are practically dynamite in your kitchen. My friends auntie Bernice had one and it set fire to the curtains. Your playing with your own lives here. I C E C O L D.

426 people have reviewed that product on Amazon and of all those people, only 9 have given it a one star. Perhaps your friends auntie, Bernice, had a faulty product but these are genuinely like having a chef in your kitchen. The energy saving you get from the low power consumption along with the faster than conventional oven timing is worth it alone. If you already have a slow cooker which you like but it's taking up space in your kitchen then get this and save space with its multi use functions (less kitchen appliances needed).

Anyway, on a much more important note, I hope your friends auntie is OK :-)

Great price! Voted hot. Unlike those cheaper "similar" electric pressure cookers, the STAINLESS STEEL cooking pot lasts much much longer than those "non stick" pots.
For those that have these, how do they compare to stove top pressure cookers?

Better to remain quiet and be thought an idiot than speak out and remove all doubt, is another saying that comes to mind right now.

Sorry I do not have a stove top although I do know that the instant pot is probably a lot safer as you can set it and forget it, unlike a stove top pressure cooker.

It's more than that though. I make yoghurt in mine, I fry and brown mince, sear steaks. I use it as a slow cooker too. In fact I cooked the turkey crown in it last christmas and everyone loved it.

Probably the most used kitchen gadget I have.
