finally back to the same price as over a year ago.
"P" is their performance series.

The previous generation "series 4" got good reviews, I'd expect similar for series 5!

I ordered this 2 years ago to the day for the same price.
I dont think Its been this cheap since.
Put in a new dell desktop by unplugging hdd and plugged in ssd downloaded win 10 to a usb flash and installed.
Very easy.
Its never crashed or blue sccreened once in 2 years so would highly recommend.

I've had this model or similar since 2016 and it's treated me well as a boot drive, well worth it.
Could not resist... Excellent value . will be going in a spare laptop
I have the 480 P version (Excellent performance) and it is one of the fastest SSDs on the market at this price range.
Heat. This is an Amazing SSD for this price range and you will be hard pushed to find this at this price range again in the next year or two ..Grab it while you can.
This would also be perfect for the Nvida shield adoptive storage with a Sabrent USB 3.1 (Type-A) to SSD / 2.5-Inch SATA Hard Drive Adapter for around £13 on Amazon.
amazon.co.uk/Sab…XF0
Will make the shield 16GB version a Monster. If you have a 16GB shield ? .Then this upgrade will be the single best upgrade you could ever do by increasing the storage and it is 100% is AROUND TWICE THE SPEED (if not more) increase from the original 16GB internal. Also it is a far superior upgrade than using the standard USB dongles that most peeps use to increase their storage in the 16GB models.

Best Regards

Please could you clarify how this would work in the Shield TV? I have the 16GB one but wasn't aware you could use USB storage as internal storage, thought it was only the 16GB it comes with or a micro SD via the micro SD slot? Or do you mean just connect it as an external media drive? but then you won't benefit from the ssd as the OS will still be on the 16GB internal storage and a standard mechanical hdd is already fast enough for media playback...
Bought thanks!

also bought the last version a year and half ago for the same price the SSD price has finally gone down:)
Currently stated as being in stock. Just ordered two. Code worked for that. Will be ideal for my spare laptops / PCs. Good deal.

Hi you just need to get this SSD and the adaptor I linked to . and you can use this in the USB3 port of the 16GB shield.
The shield will use the device as Adoptive storage and this will increase your shields storage to around 114 GB give or take.
This is so easy to do and you can find more info via the Nvidia forums here.
forums.geforce.com/def…/1/
This upgrade is the best upgrade you could ever perform on the 16GB version and the shield uses the drive exactly like an internal drive....Only you experience enhanced speed performance ....it really outperformed the original shield internal memory 2 fold in most cases ...But will undoubtedly make the shield a Beast . Don`t just jump in...Read the thread linked too and follow the instructions and you will be fine. This is an enhanced feature of the shield now and is perfectly legal as nvidia recommends this option for people whom need extra storage on their 16GB version..
Most people do not realize that this can be done ....But I assure you it`s perfect .Most also use a USB dongle from the certified list on the nvidia shield web page (again this is quite inferior to using the SSD method), But trust me when I tell you to get the SSD and adaptor setup, as this is the best option available (16GB shield) and it will only set you back around £35 ...Absolute steal and you now have a Super beast shield to boot.

Which £5 promo is that? Can't see anything on their site

It's account specific - they normally send an email to some registered accounts (most likely those who haven't used Quidco in a while) saying '£x cashback on £Y min spend' etc.
oos
Shame it is now OOS.
Good luck to the people whom grabbed this Awesome deal , and at least I now don`t have to resist temptation.

Best Regards
