they are 7mm, a caddy should accept up to 9mm. For the rest they are standard size and yes, they should easily get in any 2.5 caddy.

edit: Comes with a 2mm adaptor which can help to get a tight fitting

There are lots of SSD 240gb for £50.
I've never heard of Integral.
Is this drive better than the Crucial or Kingston drives I can get for £50?
