Was shopping round for a decent stick and saw this. Must be a good price as the 64GB is still listed at £16.49

Personally not what I'm after but hopefully will help someone who is on a budget and isn't fussed about R/W speeds.

This price is for prime members only.

Shame it's slow USB 2 0

It is a decent price, but yes, 2.0 lets it down.

I find it funny that someone decided that your checking for deals means you have time to use a slower drive. You even got the "lol" treatment.

Plastic tends to fall apart after some time. Not very sturdy.

What are you doing to it? If you used it for its purpose i dont see it cracking etc lol

This is a mad price for a 128gb usb I remember when they used to be hundreds of pounds
Decent brand this aswell
I'm tempted to buy this to store all my pictures and videos instead of using the biggerexternal hard drive but I can't really justify it
USB poo
I've still got my 128mb if anyone wants it

I have had these (smaller GB) for 5+ years and they are still rock solid.

I've had one of these for quite some time, still looks good as new and gets regular use.

Yeah right. Like you have no time huh and you are busy browsing here for deals on the site. Use that time to copy the data over. LoL

Even USB3 ones only deliver USB2 speeds. Most I've seen was 40MB/s from an original MyMemory Red stick. At least with USB2 you know the best you can hope for is 10MB/s and that you will also almost certainly get it, in full, all the time.

If you mean personal pictures and videos, don't store them on a usb stick instead of a HDD. For viewing and as an extra backup, yes
Great Price for 100GB+ USB stick, ordered Thanks OP

To be fair makes sense, would free up hard drive space like you say and computer would be cleaner

I had 2 of them and USB cover broke on both. To answer other question, I carry it in backpack with other stuff.
I have this 16GB version.... been going strong for years.

How long would it take to fill 128GB at USB2 speeds? Answer: too long.

128GB sticks have been hovering around £20+ for a few years. Hopefully they are going to start the march downwards soon like this one. The whole market seems to have stalled at 128GB - the 256GB are still stupidly expensive.
Perfect timing, need a stick to fill up with kids media for the 12v tv in my T5.
Long journeys should be much less demanding now.
nah USB 3
Be fine for a Nintendo Wii or similar
Thanks ordered!

I much rather slow usb 3.0 sticks, USB 2.0 or 3.0 bare no relevance on the individual speed of sticks.

I have Sandisk USB3 sticks which definitely work much faster than USB2, but an older Toshiba USB3 stick which is not up to speed...

The Global financial crash of 2007/2008.

The natural disaster that saw the destruction of the BULK of South Korea's Samsung semiconductor factory almost obliterated about 5 year's back or so?.

Then finally this whole Brexit stuff too ...

All in all (to either a greater, and/or lesser extent, etc), have more-or-less played their due course part in some respects, towards your above mentioned 'declining market', like?.

But yes I agree with you, there is somehow how a wee shift in tide though somewhat ...

Here's hoping for a continuance along a much cheaper path?. :-)

A slow usb 2.0 stick is meaningless, im sure some usb 2.0 sticks are quicker than some usb 3.0 sticks. A usb 3.0 stick is not a guarantee that it will be faster than usb 2.0 interface allows.
