Not the quickest SSD but an 2Tb NVme drive for ~£180 is great. I bought this for my Mini ITX build back in October for £193 but have gone up recently to over £200 so to come down this much is nice.

£178.49 +£3.49 P&P

1% Quidco cashback too.

  • Form Factor: M.2
  • PCIe NVme 3.0 x4 Interface

"not the quickest" 1800MB/s for most (95%) of users is probably indistinguishable from 3000 or even 500 of ssd of old !! Heat as under £200 for 2TB
If you wanted this just for games on a new build would you use just a small ssd 250gb ssd for os?
I have an hm370 chipset currently with a 128gb nvme ssd. My manual says it supports 3 x 4 nvme but only 1tb. Do you think 2tb would work?
Heat!

Agree especially as the performance only drops when the ssd hasn't got much space left so you really wouldn't tell the difference with 2TB.
1800mb/s is better than 90% that get advertised here. Regular ssd's are 500-600mb/s. Next level are like samsungs 970 evo that push 3000mb/s. This one is more than a sweet spot, especially for price

No point. Keep os on this one with everything else
QLC?
I've got this along side a 500Gb 970 Evo, I use it for just data storage and for games I dont play often.
Looks like they may have jacked the price up now. Still got it for £186.23 + P&P for a slightly different model number, maybe one with retail packaginig or something?

I have an Asus FX-504 laptop and want to replace the Optane with an SSD, 2TB is overkill and probably need something around the 250-500GB mark. Any suggestions?

I would like to know this too,

I have UX560UQ-FZ033T ASUS Zenbook Flip UX560U i7-7500U 2.70GHz 12GB RAM, 512GB SSD + 2TB HDD

And would like to replace my 512GB SSD with this 2TB SSD but not sure about compatibility. Can anyone help?
Paid a bit extra for next day for mine. Arrived yesterday morning. Really, really pleased. I had a 256gb and 512gb in my Alienware 13 R3. Took the 512gb out. Put 2tb Intel in. A bit of disk Management later it was found and formatted and visible. Used Macrium to clone my entire 256gb. Popped in th 256gb slot added in the 512gb and running like a dream. I used Steam Mover to transfer games over from the 512 and it was sooooooo fast. 10GB game was in seconds not minutes .Awesome stuff. Ill definitely be adding another at some point for my Launchbox build. 39811449-w7DxU.jpg
