Great price, paid almost this for my 4570 not so long ago, have some heat
I'd really wait for Devils Canyon in a few months time especially if you are interested in O/C.
June, to me, for whatever reason, feels a long way away, and though I appreciate it's a product refresh rather than a new platform, and that hopefully there therefore won't be some of the unfixable hardware and fixable bios niggles of the early Haswell production runs (motherboards, S3/C1 stepping, and PSU low power states, etc), I feel reluctant to say wait. The sometimes joys of being an early adopter. I am much more interested in the Z97 motherboards, though only a few killer new features, than in the small bump in CPU clock speeds. The icing on the wait-for cake would be knowing for sure that the new CPUs run cooler when overclocked, but I have heard only rumours and speculation, so far.
I hate you OP i bought this in November and costed me £190 quid!

Good find have some heat

Paid this from a 3rd party seller about 3 months ago. Chip is ace and this price is about as low as it's been on Amazon.

Think thats the main point. you are buying a K chip for overclocking. DC offers better tim or solder for lower temps and that means more oc potential and performance. Haswell was a bit meh for oc. If you cant wait or wont need the extra the buy now.

The Haswell refresh chips for his month offer about another 100 hz speed, so not much.
Is it me but the savings on this chip is offset by Amazon upping the Motherboard prices!
Suppose its shop around time.

I'm surprised Amazon haven't upped the price yet as they tend to do with more clicks
