I guess as its pixmania and that a lot of people will start kicking off about GB/per £ ratio this will be voted cold.

I for one have a 60GB SSD Vertex2 cost me £120 not so long ago and cant recommend SSD's enough.

Have some heat but dont expect it to last

thnkz for the reply..
1st post.. just gave it a shot...

SSD is quite hard to find in a nice price...
Damn it

ps if the final price is £216.99 change that otherwise this will go sub-zero!

No chance anyone saying this is too small! Lower than the average price for SSD performance, but personally, a bit to rich for me. Good spot though, so have a little heat.

3% quidco.

Also, it might be possible to push the basket over £220 so you can use the discount code "PIXUKJUNE6"(£6 off a £220 spend).
However I don't know whether the £220 threshold is goods price alone, or goods price+delivery.

:edit:

Appears you can't use more than 1 discount code per order, and the £220 threshold is pre-vat price of goods only
Still, the 3% quidco might pay out.

Much better than the X25-M?

I have the 80GB in my notebook at the moment.
Nowhere near as incredibly fast as when it was in my desktop, I guessing the CPU is too much of a bottleneck to see a major difference; may switch back to mechanical.

It's now £208.99, very good price, voted hot.

If it's Force Series 3, there's a recall released today and visit Corsair Support Forums for details.

I am aware of better Read And Write Speeds from Corsair and OCZ..

My main factor was reliability and encryption..
Based on Other website reviews, Intel has the smallest rate failure.

Hope that helps.
