One of these isn't going to give you a full charge (you'll probably get nearer 1000mAh out of it at 5V), but it'll give you enough juice in an emergency.

Similar/identical items are usually between £1 and £3, so for ten pence I couldn't say no. You'd pay more just for the micro USB cable...

Seen them in multiple stores, but this was the Rutherglen store. As for whether it's a national deal, no idea.
Damn, spent 75p on the EuroParts one this morning, now I feel cheated. Wonder if it's too late to cancel
It's from Iceland. It's definitely cold
None in my store. They must have found a box of these obselete spec powerbanks at the back of a freezer.
The price is good but it's really not worth it because it's going take forever (no fast charge) to only partially charge your phone. Though, if I saw this at my Iceland I would have cleared the shelf!

Yeah, it's not a good power bank as power banks go, but for the price it's good if you limit your expectations. Fine to throw in a glovebox/purse/rucksack for giving your phone enough of a top-up to make a few calls in an emergency.

Just tested one and it output ~1080mAh at 5v. Max current just under 500mA. For regular use I'd get an Aukey/Anker/Xiaomi/etc, but these are worth at least 20p.
