How do you find the clothes drying experience?

Perfect. No more musty smells, clothes are dry within a couple of hours in Summer and a few hours in Winter. The natural process of dehumidifying the air also results in the ambient temperature increasing too, which helps in Winter.

Paid £122 in February. Been very pleased with performance and that it is easy to see if it is full and empty it from the front.

Bought this £159 and been using for a few weeks, quieter enough and handle on top of water container tank when you take it apart, you can carry it using one hand, last one I'd to balance it using both hands.
This one might be good, but never rely on which. They are not trustworthy.

Really how so?
This is 4th best on Which?, Not 2nd like OP claims

Edit: Sorry, it did say I'm the refrigerant section

Anyone know if this is desiccant or compressor? I can't see anything saying from scanning through the description.

Do the air intakes have any sort of dust filter?

Based on description, it is compressor. It didn't perform well in low temperatures

Yes, in the back, just a mesh so it’s easy to clean.

Would be 2nd if he means of the Refrigerant type.
Fantastic device had mine nearly two year!
Which? Has reviewed the WiFi version of this, not the ion version. Should the dehumidifying capabilities be equal?

I have mine in our upstairs of house where we have velux windows and this is around 17-20 degrees sorry so wouldn't like to say. Of you go on Amazon there is Q&A section where someone may have asked a similar question and or you can ask that question and send to all previous purchasers, someone may use in your type of environment and be able to advise better. Sorry

According to the supplier/manufacturer amazon.co.uk/ask…NLG, "This unit is designed to operate in a temperature range of 5c to 35c"

But if you're not too sure, better to go for the dessicant one (from the same listing), which is £15 dearer: Inventor Rise True-Zeolite Desiccant Dehumidifier 8L/Day, with Air Ioniser and 2-year Warranty: amazon.co.uk/Inv…835 - "Operating temperature range 1° C to 37° C"
What are the chances that it will stay this price and in stock until black Friday?
Been after one for a while so ordered thanks
I have two of the WiFi model. Controlling them via an app is pretty decent. One gets used to dry out clothes, and both are on schedules - downstairs 0:00 - 06:00, upstairs 08:30 - 12:00. Keeps the house pretty decent, otherwise I am plagued with condensation on every window.

No one can predict that, not even Amazon, but they're probably the best to ask. Did you see my previous post about the temperatures?

Yes, I did. Sorry I forgot to reply.

I think I'm going to go and buy this one. I prefer the refrigerant ones because of the lower running costs
Can the ioniser be ran without the dehumidifying being on?

Something to bear in mind, the water tank empties from the back. So unless you use always use it situated well away from a wall then it’s inconvenient to keep wheeling it away for access.
Was one of the reasons I chose the Eva.
Edited by: "DubDriver" 23rd Nov 2019
I have the dessicant version. Its 2 - 3 x more power hungry than refrigerant. I am thinking to change to this but 100GBP buy loads of electricity units.
mg199522/11/2019 16:08

Few times i bought something they rated high and i regret purchase after

It's a compressor model, so it will start to struggle at that temperature.

Yeah that is odd. I didn't see it cheaper at any other time - and can't see it is expired deals either.

I think it was one of the other models on the same page? The last lighting deal in home is for this page - but looks like the same deal
