Two year warranty is nice too.
“This model is powered by an accurate automatic movement” .... That’s perhaps stretching the definition of accurate.

The one I bought previously is about 5 seconds a day. Seems accurate enough for me.

The NH35A movement in this watch has an accuracy variant of -20 to +40 seconds a day under normal conditions.

A standard ETA 2824-2 has an accuracy of up to +/- 30 sec/day. Something you'll find in Swiss watches up to a grand.

Just because that's what it's listed at doesn't mean that's what you get. That's the maximum tolerances.

Just saying mine runs at around 5 seconds a day, from experience. Here's a snippet from the review of the watch:
"The movement within the Invicta Pro Diver is the epic Seiko NH35A SII. This is an incredible movement to have in a watch that you can get for £70. This movement can usually only be found in watches costing above the £200 mark. It’s based on the standard Seiko workhorse movement, but has a few upgrades. It’s gained a very good reputation of being highly accurate straight out the factory and is also super reliable."

Yeah you're not going to be left wondering what colour it is
There's a black dial one going but it's 90 quid
These used to be good value for money but unfortunately are showing their age and have been blown out of the budget market by the likes of San Martin and SteelDive etc who will for the same money give you specs way above what you get with the Invicta's
Ceramic Bezels
Lume that actually works
Sapphire Crystal
To name a few......

I agree. I’d be going with a San Martin any day of the week. Great watches

Where are you buying these from, because I'd love to give one a run out? From their website it's cheapest diver is $177 without bracelet but with a strap and on Aliexpress it's about $200 for a diver. So the best I can find is about £135 in GBP, which is twice the price. I'm refering to San Martin here as I've heard a lot of noise about them

The cheapest Steel Dive I've found is here at £99 plus a tenner delivery, so £109 (note the Steel Dive has a 6 months waranty whereas the Invicta as 2 years, just for comparison):

I fully understand that auto movements have variations in accuracy. Hence it’s stated, hence I quoted it and hence why making a statement about a watches accuracy based on one example is best avoided.

All of that aside, why Invicta insist on engraving the majority of cases is beyond me.

Oh the original quote was just cut and pasted from the Amazon blurb. I hope you didn't think I wrote it all out myself for a watch under 80 quid, although my experience is in line with their claims.

I know that engraving is very "marmite" for people but as I have hairy arms I don't get to see it
Echo the comments regarding Steeldive and the various other brands (some with sterile dials, no name) doing homages to famous Seiko, Rolex etc watches.

Check a UK auction site for Steeldive, Sharkey, Heimdallr, St Martin, Himq - all from the same excellent chinese factory as far as I can tell.

The cheapest San Martin on ebay is £154 on a strap not a bracelet, twice this price.
The cheapest Steeldive dive watch on ebay is £99, the majority are £110 plus all include a 6 months warranty. This is £77 with a two year warranty.
Whilst I agree that these no longer stand up at the £100 price tag, at £77 they still represent good value.
To be honest I don't really care but try not comparing it to watches twice the price, in the case of the San Martin, they will be better. I would have thought that's obvious.
I hear Rolex do a dive watch that's even better but costs more.

Solid deal - heat!! Nothing wrong with a workhorse NH35 mech. I would jump at the Invicta 1953 at this price

£109 on eBay. The ones at £56 have a Seagull movement. Just saying.

I used Google thanks. Pagani Design use non-hacking Miyota movement at £99 on Amazon. 100m water resistance as opposed to three 200m off the Invicta.
I feel like such a fool now posting a better watch at a cheaper price. Just saying.

Yeah if I could stretch another 22quid I’d definitely go for the cheapest Steeldive. Good point, well made.

That's the of one out, nearly all are 109 quid but sure you pay more you get more. 14 day return vs 2 year warranty shouldn't be factored in either. Good point, well made.

I'm merely saying there's nothing like this at 77 quid. There are better watches at 30% higher prices, sure.

You need to stop embarrassing yourself.

How is it that on YouTube I can watch umpteen watch channels, review recommend and post links to watches all under £77 with:
Sapphire
NH35A movements
Ceramic Bezel inserts
Buckets of lume

But you cant?

Embarrassing........

Like the non-hacking Miyota you specifically named? Or are you ignoring that. One retail link is all it takes to sort this.. Funny that you haven't posted one....

YouTube isn't a shop or online retailer by the way.

I don't expect a link you can't do it.

I refuse to put a link.

As I've said it's harder to not know about these watches.
If you want to educate yourself and stop proclaiming that an Invicta which is so so vastly behind it's competitors now, go on YouTube or Google.

If not, you carry on!

You're the one who needs the education and apparently you know who to use Google and YouTube so do it yourself!

I couldn't care less if you want to own Invicta watches and it certainly takes a special kind of person to still believe that they are value for money.

I don't know if you know how facts work, let me help you. It's not for me to prove something doesn't exist. I can't prove unicorns don't exist, well, because they don't. It's up to someone to prove that they do.
That's just how critical thinking works.

Post a link. I've been on now. The cheapest five watch in the Pagani factory store is $90.
That's 70 quid if you use a few free card. Plus 14 quid import duties. 84 quid.
For this you get:
Sapphire glass - yes
NH35A - probably, although it refers to it as a mechanical hand wind
Ceramic bezel - No, not at this price range
200m water resistance - No only 100m here

So I tried Heimdallr direct they look good... $169

Ooh Parnis have one listed on AliExpress at $75 WITH ceramic bezel. Oh it's 30m water resistance and the movement is a Mingzhu 3804.

These are just three of many.

I've searched all morning. Just help me out, post a link.
