If you have a Revolut card, head to the `More` tab and tap on `Invite` to invite your friends via the Revolut app and give them a free* Revolut card. Hurry though, this offer will expire in the next 7 days!

Please note: You can only receive your first card for free if you have not signed up to Revolut before. For verification purposes, we require customers to top up their account with £10 (or equivalent) before ordering the free card. This is not a fee for the card and can be immediately spent with your Revolut card or transferred back to your original bank account.

Isn't this the standard thing anyway that anybody who signs up needs to do that top up?.
I got mine for free less than a month ago what's the deal?
Struggling to see how a free conditional bank card could be considered a deal.

The top up is standard, I think the point is the card is free. I know was free before, but this is a good reminder, usually Revolut charges £5 for requesting the card, claiming it is for postage. Hope this deal is with free delivery, otherwise this is no deal.
What put me off with these lot - have to mention, AFTER applying for it and getting accepted - is that they charge for a card. Went with Monzo instead. Not impressed with these lot.

Which is better Revolt vs Starling Bank vs Monzo ?

All a bit different from what I can tell. I like revolut, especially the split bill feature which we used a lot in Thailand last month. I find it more friendly than monzo, but I carry both to up my fee free withdrawal limit. I have Starling but not really explored it yet as it was a recent addition.

Yep, I got mine last week you don't even need to have a proper university email address to redeem the offer unlike the Now Tv movie pass that was on offer on Hold a few weeks ago.

Credit card will be Halifax Clarity, For prepaid debit cards I use Caxton and have just got one of these Revolut cards.
All of my cards use the Master card exchange rate which is generally better than Visa.

Been to the states twice in the last 2 years and used my Monza without any problems
Linked with a 3 prepaid PAYG sim worked a charm could see instantly what was taken and when especially at restaurants where they often wonder off with your card and not pay at the table like in the UK

Starling and Monzo are proper banks. Banks are protected by certain regulations. Revolut is a top up card, not a bank card. You add as much as you want on your Revolut, if you have a budget when going abroad. I use a combination of Starling and Revolut when going abroad. I have not used Monzo but my understanding is that it has a good customer service and is very good in The UK. I was interested more of a card when going abroad so I have chosen Starling. Starling also has a higher withdrawal limit than Monzo. I use Starling in the UK and abroad, in fact I do not even carry the card with me in the UK, I use Samsung pay on my phone.

Probably a combination of Starling and Revolut, depending if you want a top up card or a bank card. Halifax Clarity visa card may be an option to, but I may be wrong, I think they were charging interest daily, so in order to avoid paying more, you will have to pay back what you spend on daily basis. I am not sure if they changed this.
Don't like revolut you have to pay for disposable card to be used. £7 a month...rip off.
Do you have to pay extra for virtual cards for starling bank....and can you delete cards and get new cards...is there extra cost....like to use card on dodge Chinese shopping website and delete card after use....most probably try to use it again or sell it.
Their App has been down all day. Technial issue, And I need it today of all days!
Have been using Revolut since I got a free card through here last month. Got to say I love it. When used with the app you get any transactions instantly appear on the app via a notification, and if payments are refused the app fires automatically instantly telling you why. Plus you get to flip other options on your card off and on through the app like international spending, setting daily spend limits (parents take note!), and so much more, and those changes are applied immediately. None of my regular bank account apps offer this level of configuration.

Highly recommended from me.

I have a nationwide visa which charges zero commission on forex and transactions. I am thinking more in terms of a card that I can load dollars on to at a fixed rate to charge to for meals etc and use at atm’s.

Revolut should be ok. I am not sure about the ATM, I think they put their limit up so should be ok.

This is the main reason i have chosen Starling. but, to be honest, I usually use the card/phone, not many visits at the atm.

I only have one Starling account, so one card. I do not know how you manage more than one card/account on the app. I do have the Curve, one card and the app where I have 3 different bank cards.

Sorry for you, in this case this is no deal, Revolut always provided the card for free and charged for delivery. They had a deal before when the postage was free, or they were paying you to join. I read that people topped up, applied and were charged for delivery, so they complained and the postage fee was credited to their account. Perhaps worth a try.

Sorry, the title suggested invite friends for a free Revolut card. Perhaps you needed an invitation to get it free, I do not know. I certainly did not pay for postage, but normally they charge for postage.
