How long before someone posts "500GB for 60 quid - I'd want 1TB for that, blah blah blah"?

As for the deal - not bad price.

Probably about 23 minutes

I've been searching around for a decent price for one of these and it seems that's the best price out there. Do you know of a better price?

Nope. I got one of the 500GB Transcend ones for less tho. Hence why I said it wasnt a bad price - its around the lower end of what I'd expect to pay, as opposed to much less, in which case I'd say it was an awesome price

Sounds like a decent price. Sometimes these 500GB portable USB hard drives pop up now and again for £50 from various manufacturers (WD, Transcend, Verbatim) etc but sell out quickly and usually the standard price is around £70 so £60 is not too bad but not the cheapest I've seen ever.
