whats the quality of equipment like? normally cheap turntables get slated on hotukdeals!
Probably ruins records after a while. Someone was going to say it so I figured I might as well.
Anyone who buys vinyl at about twenty quid a pop and plays it on this must be 2 CDs short of a double album.
yeah but it lights up!

As an owner of an ION albeit quite an old one that can record straight to USB & SD i think you'll get a decent piece of kit i haven't had any problems with mine ruining records, skipping or anything nasty, it just plays vinyl exactly as you expect to hear it, i think as long as you take good care of your vinyl don't and play them too often you won't have a problem with ruined records

Same here, had an Ion Classic for ~10 years and all records still play beautifully on it and always have.
I've found these to be a bit cheap and nasty compared to the full size deck that they make (with pitch control and full size lid).
I would not get this. If you are getting into vinyl I would recommend the one linked below as a good quality starter deck instead

People here are SO TIGHT! I just bought this (but it doesn't light up). At £130 000 it should be able to play my old Billy Joel LPs no probe...
