I've an similarly specified 32GB Windows 10 tablet. It is fine for my needs of web browsing, casual gaming and MS Office, providing I don't multi task and keep all my data on an SD card or the cloud. But I wish it had 64GB, as it would be a lot less hassle.

The last major Windows Fall Creators update would not install (without major research to find a workaround), as I could not free up the 8.5GB needed on the small 32gb emmc "disk". Microsoft don't seem to remember about low end devices like this, and unlike previous major releases it didn't have the provision to be installed from an SD card or external USB drive.
I note that it may be possible to install a small SSD on this device, if this can be made to be the boot drive then it will solve this problem.
Also if you intend to move OneDrive sync folders to your SD card then format your card first as NTFC as it recently stopped working on all other formats.
Although you should be able to set windows store programs to install on the SD card, many of them only install on the C: drive and the move to another drive option is disabled

In summary, I think 32GB ought to be enough, but it may not be future proof.
Same here, I've got a 32gb Windows device which can't upgrade to the latest fall creators update due to space constraints. I guess we just have to accept that's it, unless anyone has any ideas?

Clean win10 install with no OEM bloatware!
Good price for what it is, but you'll need an external drive to get that latest update. I did mine yesterday. Luckily, I had an external USB drive to plug in when requested.

I keep all my data on a SD card, formatted NTFS of course and encrypted with Truecrypt.

A clean install will take up more space, after the install run the command to Compact your Windows installation

Recently, I found a deal here for a small laptop. Due to problems, I restored to defaults, by the time I had added email etc & anti virus, it had taken up 20GB of the 32GB.

DO NOT buy any device with 32gb, as said, it won't have room for updates.

No, info is in the link. There is a command to compress Windows 10 on devices with small disks -
the manufacturers do that on devices with small disks so if you install and wipe manually and yoru disk is 16/32/64Gb make sure to do that to save 2-3Gb.

Thanks will have a go. You are a star!
2GB OF ram, only 32gb of storage and only dual core .. you're really skating on the edge of usability.

W10 update eventually! fully installed on my n3450 (4c) but it seemed to take about three days to do it . All good now tho , except for the ibcreased fan noise
For £219 - you could get an Acer Aspire (admittedly not full HD, but hey it's only a 14" screen and plenty good enough for many people) with a Pentium processor (quad instead of dual core) instead, 4GB RAM and more realistic 64GB storage. Available at both Amazon and Tesco Direct currently (at least as of yesterday).
