Need to add that it’s the 128gb version to description! I ordered 32gb last week for £260
I was just thinking it's more expensive than rrp if it's 32gb

Was that from eGlobal? And if so how long did the delivery take?

Not got it yet, to be honest I’m nervous about it! Paid via credit card for insurance. On average most people on here who’ve ordered from them, receive goods in about 10-14 days.

I have ordered from them before and had no problems, turned up fine and working well. But shortly after ordering I did panic as there are lots and lots of bad reviews for them. Thankfully as I said it arrived well within a couple of weeks. Was a lg 360 cam
Is there any chance I could be asked to pay any import duties customs or VAT etc? Any extra fees’s?

what delivery company is used

any chance on you updating us when you receive the item?
Isn't eglobal central the same with toby deals? I am still waiting on them to deliver the iPad i've ordered on the 2nd of April. Anyone had experiences with them? How fast does it usually show up?
£400 for my 16gb IPad air two or three years ago
I’ve purchased an iPad at Christmas and a MacBook Pro very recently. On both occasions I used the insured delivery service which was nearly £50 for the MacBook, expensive but given the £1000 saving against the UK price worth it. Delivery takes about a week
Orderer a silver version for £3 more. Now crossing my fingers...

They're a non-British Company, based elsewhere also, that's probably why you haven't heard of them, etc ...

But eGlobal have been around for a little while, so don't panic too much.

On the numerous reviews I've read on here last year of them (via different Deal's Posted, etc), the general consensus was, most people that ordered from them in the past also, were NOT charged Customs Taxes or whatever ... (though a few people did stipulate to the fact that there's always that possibility?).

Were you perhaps charged any 'extras' via UK Customs for your lot of stuffs from eGlobal there? (after it arrived in on you here?).

Mines gold that’s on order
I ordered an Ipad from them at Christmas time, it took roughly 15 days? to be delivered works perfectly although it did have a US plug. I checked on the apple Website

They receive goods into their UK warehouse then post it out so you don't need to pay any additional charges.

I think the biggest problem people have with them is delivery times are estimated, assuming they bulk buy so wait for more orders and no real confirmation and how difficult it is getting a response from Customer Service. As long as you dont mind waiting its a great discount.

I’d be weary relying on section 75 if eglobal use a 3rd party payment processor (which I think they do)

I bought a Note 8 from them 2 months ago, saved over £250 compared to prices here.
Arrived in 2 weeks and was shipped from UK,so not VAT or custum charges.
very happy.

I’ll take the risk, others have been successful. I’ve paid via credit card (world pay I think) plus paid for extra insurance for delivery. Thanks for the link though
Wasn’t this new iPad supposed to be ‘affordable’ I don’t see how it’s affordable at £339.49!!!!:/
I have just had my iPad Pro delivered. Ordered on 29th March. It took less than 2 weeks with a bank holiday included.

Never had an issue with this company. Ordered about 6 phones/ipads over the last few years. Delivery time is the only issue as far as I am concerned.

Ive made an account just for this comment. I ordered an iPad from this company and it was broken. There was a dent in the back of the iPad and the device was unable to charge as a result. I consulted with Apple and it turns out that they have given me a second hand iPad, as the warranty on the device was activated 3 months before I purchased it. I disputed this with the company via their ticket service and they said they are going to raise this with the courier (I also paid for insurance for delivery) for the damage and they insisted that they had given me a new iPad despite Apple confirming it is used.

They never got back to me and have blanked my tickets. This is the only way to contact them. They take no responsibiliy and will pass on the blame to other. I read further online that if you need to return anything, it can cost up to £200 to organise a package to be dropped off to Hong Kong. So really think about this twice if this is worth the hassle.

I got into contact with my bank and have successfully received a chargeback on my credit card. The money is now permanently in my account and I have a broken iPad sitting at home. I am not going to delivery this item back to the merchant as I paid for insurance for delivery and have made this item available for collection from my residential address. The responsibility is on the merchant to arrange a courier.

Just a warning, this company sucks.

You'll probably be fine ordering from eglobal as long as you're patient, and as long as you don't need to return the item for any reason.

That’s unfortunate, was the package not damaged on delivery? If so I’d of probably refused delivery. If it was unsealed then again that would of rang alarm bells. Don’t get me wrong I can see your points and appreciate the reply.

Was it sealed and new? I decided to go for the 2018 version for Apple Pencil support otherwise I would’ve ordered the 2017 version.
