Are iPads still a thing?

Have you been living under a rock? They're the most popular tablets on the market.

Is this definitely the 2018 model?
It could be in Apple’s website but I’m not 100% sure.
Double discount next weekend so hopefully national and not noticed
Still lots in stock and arriving daily apparently. 128gb version for £286 newest model.

Yeah, as OP, it was an iPad 9.7 32gb 2018 version, which I got the last one of and they also had some 128gb versions but they had also gone when I got mine. HTH

If you could post a copy of your receipt without your card info would John Lewis price match?

Can you please post the barcode?
Called a bunch of the local Scottish stores and none of them have this offer save you hunting about for it
Is this store specific or all Tesco UK stores
Looks to be specific
I rang several stores
Imagine it's national. None of shelf, all stored behind.. Had to ask at Customer Services and this was price it scanned in at.

Not national checked stores in north east still £319
Same deal was posted last week at the Gateshead branch (North East). I picked up their last one on Saturday. They also had the 128gb version for £286 although those were gone when I went in.

"Yeah, as OP, it was an iPad 9.7 32gb 2018 version".

Nowhere in the OP's Deal (Title, Description, or whatever), does it state that it's the 2018 version, or whatever? (hence my initial question?). :-)

And the picture the OP has provided was too small for me to view it on my phone at the time, so there was no way for me to see it on a slightly 'bigger screen' (eg. Laptop, PC, Tablet), to know any different, etc?.

But thanx for the reply back anyway. :-)

Sorry, I didn't pick that point up, and yeah I see now what you mean.
I think because the 1st comment mentioned 2018 and because I'm old, I just assumed it was stated. Should have read more carefully
TESCO's customer services 'system' are pants, sorry. :-(

I went there I went there just over 1 Week ago in relation to 2 separate TESCO's Deals I found on here about 2 Week's ago ...

And that was after having initially called their customer services telephone number a few Day's before (as in about 2 Week's ago), but nadda on both fronts. :-(

Sainsbury's one on the other hand ...

I can't rate their one enough!, as when diddle squat showed up at my local stores (after going to a few in person, etc), they were able to tell me which other localish store's had the 'necessaries' (which I notably cashed in, lol).

And when I was prepared to travel a bit further afoot than just a 5 mile radius from me, then their customer services telephone number was happy to give me details of alllllll the relevant local store's within a 15+ mile radius from me that had the relevant goods in it instead. :-)

I've never gotten anywhere near that with TESCO's. :-(

TESCO online on the other hand was a wee bit different, but that's neither here nor there anymore, as they've since canned the only useful 'option' in their arsenal ...

(But either way, that's still irrelevant, as over the phone + in person, are clearly not the same kettle of fish as that of over the Internet anyway).

Ironically though, I used to find TESCO's former online bit a bit for useful that that of Sainsbury's online offerings at the time, lol.

But now that one of them has since bowed out of that equation, it's no longer a relevant topic of discussion there either, so yeh.

And ASDA's non-online offerings (in person + customer services bit, etc), is somewhere between the two points ...

Not as good as Sainsbury's offerings of the same, but only slightly better than that of TESCO's own offerings of the same also.

After ASDA's got bought out by the might of the American giant WalMart x-Year's back (at least 1 Decade back now?), I thought that at least that end of thing's might have improved somewhat at least?.

(Considering Walmart's huge financial muscle and all?, but yet ... )

Anyways, all that aside, lol, have any of these iPad's been found in any London based TESCO's store?, thanx.

That's a shame, because £286 for the 128GB version, would have obviously been the arguably better price?.

But you got a decent deal with what you were able to pick up nonetheless. :-)

Yeah definitely I would have paid the extra for the bigger memory if I'd been lucky enough for them still to have it.
Still I'm happy so far with what I got. This is my first Apple product as I've always been android but couldn't find as decent a spec tablet for same/similar price.

Yep!, I had a similar 'Apple brainwave' last Year also, lol, and yeh, I've been predominantly an Android person too, as a previous Apple product of mine is going back to almost 10 Year's now? (yep, I'm not one to let the grass grow longggggg and hard under my feet, huh?, hehehehehehe). ;-)

That aside, like yourself, IF a relevant Android equivalent was smashing it at the time like that, I'd have pretty much remained moreso in that infamous Android camp (without diversifying, etc?, lol).

For future Android Tablet reference though, perhaps also try your hands at a Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 ...

I can personally highly recommend it. :-)
I bought one from Coventry Ricoh store last week.

Awwwwwwww, hehehehe, don't worry mate, we alllllll get to that stage, at one point or another? (myself included!, lol).

So no big. :-D

Enjoy your night anyway. :-)
Gateshead had these last week so worth checking as Tesco seems to be getting rid of a lot at the moment tablets/games/consoles etc
Sheffield Saville store now don't have any, got the last 2 yesterday evening. Also rang majority of stores between junction 27 to 32 M1 all still full price. Not national
