This should get heat.

Cheapest I've seen it, and I think the best bang for buck on an iPad on current prices. The Pro is too expensive for not much gain over an iPad Air, and the normal iPad 9.7" is being superseded by a 10.2" very soon.
Nearly as good as the apple student deal, hot. £454 with free £179 beats 3 solo club.

Good price but I think people will be more interested in the 2017 Pro which is just £33 more at £376. Even still, heat added.

Why would anyone pay more a slower iPad? The 120hz doesn’t make much difference and 4 speakers or 2 neither sounds great.

Personally the 4 speakers in my iPad Pro 2018 are amazing. Make a massive difference for films. Highly doubt the Air would feel any quicker to the 2017 Pro.

Not everyone, I prefer the air for its processor
I am hoping to get this price or less at prime day

I’m not sure Amazon do apple stuff on prime day
Ordered one of these myself this morning as best price I’ve seen

Interesting wasn't aware of that
Well hope it all goes well, paid via paypal just in case
Hate the Speakers on this, only has one sided sound when you're watching YouTube or anything.

The 120Hz ProMotion display is a night and day difference.
Thank you, have just ordered one for my Mum, will probably end up with another one later for myself!

Depends what’s important to you. I’d take the 120hz screen over a more powerful soc.
Been looking for an iPad for a while and can’t justify the price of a pro considering what I will use it for.. can get this and an apple keyboard for similar to what you would pay elsewhere for a pro 2017 model... (albeit 256gb) but 64gb is more than enough for me... thanks OP
I’m a student and I’m really looking to buy this iPad. however I’m not sure whether I should go for this price or get from Apple store with the beats headphones and sell the headphones to get portion amount of money back? Any suggestions please?
Remember the 2017 Ipad Pro is probably a better bet. For ~£30 extra, you're getting 4 speakers (as opposed to 2), ProMotion, 4gb (Air has 3gb), a better rear camera, brighter screen, and USB 3 vs USB 2 on the Air. The GPU on the Pro 2017 is markedly better than the Air's GPU.

The Air has Bluetooth 5 (Pro has 4.2) and a faster main processor, although in real-world work you won't really notice.

The Pro also has a bright spot problem. Plus the age of the ipad will lessen its life. If I would buy a pro I would prefer the latest one instead. Have bought the air from this deal. Thank you OP.
The older pro also has around twice the graphics performance, The Air might have a slightly faster processor but there is too many compromises to recommend it.
iPad Pro 2017 will have 2 years less OS updates compared to iPad Air 2019 let's not forget

IPad Air 2019 also more battery efficient with its 7nm A12 processor and slightly less drain on battery with 60hz display

Fortnite can run 60fps + high settings on iPad Air 2019 while it runs 60fps + medium settings on iPad Pro 2017

Likely due to better thermals etc with a12

Well got my Ipad AIR 3 today, little worried by the jiffy bag packaging, especially as it was partially open. Contents all inside and sealed box for IPAD. Brand new and totally fine, well impressed. Would have liked the extra speakers on the Pro but i dont watch much on the tablet itself, more likely to cast to tv, or use headphones if i was on a train. Pro motion would have also been nice but to be honest its more than smooth enough for my uses. Night and day better than my Nexus 9 which has been so cluncky of late. Overall, a great deal!

I received mine yesterday, it is new came sealed and not registered. Quite happy with the price. Got a pretty decent keyboard case on prime day to go with it
How does the warranty with Apple work?

How does the warranty with Apple work?
