I bought something supposedly new from the catalogue and they tried to give me a previously opened box with most of the inside packaging missing!
Had a Sony TV - came perfect and registered direct with Sony for warranty
All "refurbs" I've had from Argos on eBay have been mint / as new condition.
Not always, i've bought recently a refurb 13" laptop from Argos on ebay and it came in perfect condition except two things, one of the speakers didn't work and there was a thin horizontal line of dead pixels in the middle of the screen. They have large rotation of products so be aware that buying a refurb is a gamble. I've returned the laptop and bought the same brand new model from them.
I actually bought one of these when they were last at this price a month ago. Box looked like it had already been opened but the iPad itself was like new.
He tried it for a couple of hours then decided it was not for him and gave it to a relative.
So I guess a lot of Argos returns can be like this.
The 8" screen and keyboard usability of the iPad mini seem to suit the fatter fingered/older folks among us.
My brother still cant get to grips with the Hudl keyboard for example.
Yes and £200 cheaper who'd have thought.
But you can just change the keyboard on Android, so not a problem.
only £90. I bought a new mini retina for £260 off ebay last month.
If you click buy it now it changes to £170.99 to pay, if this had been last week I would have got it to take on holiday but to late now x
Also think Game have reduced their apple products too...
Bought a supposedly refurbed iPad mini from argos at this price last month, it turned up brand new and sealed.
