This is a great price for a refurbished iPad mini 5 from Apple, you get basically a brand new device with full warranty.

This new device has great specs and support for the Apple Pencil, so is great for taking notes and marking PDFs etc.

Still showing in stock for me. I'm on desktop. I know that the refurb store usually closes overnight. Maybe it happens sooner on mobile than on desktop?

Update: The refurb store closed at about 12:05am on desktop.

Snapped up!
I’m a long term Apple user and I think this is obscenely priced. The new non refurbished should be this price.

Yes this is a cheap deal for an overpriced product. Not voting

I agree. This should be £299 for refurbished, tops. £279 would be better.

I just sold my iPad mini 4 and got an iPad Pro. I use to love the size of the mini but I love this more now
Surely refurb should be in title.
Coming in at around £300 new at eglobalcentral if you're prepared to wait for 2 weeks delivery
Available again now
This or the latest 10in versions?

Personally I’d get this instead for an extra £40. You get an actual UK model with the according charger and no issues if you ever need support as you are buying from Apple directly. Also Apple Refurbs are like brand new devices except the generic box.

And the rest, I ordered some replacement stylus around the start of March, now saying May and June!

While I wholeheartedly recommend Apple's real factory refurbs as being truly "good as new", it needs to be pointed out that Apple's warranty is worldwide (on non-cellular products) and that the charger is a worldwide product.
Also Apple's chargers have swappable (think international travel) plug adaptors that just slide on and off the charger. With Apple's clever design, the same plug adaptors fit all their various iPod/iPhone/iPad/laptop chargers.
You can easily buy Apple original (or cheaper clone) plug adaptors if you don't fancy stacking the thing onto a Poundshop socket-changer adaptor. But the actual electrical bit of the charger is universal and designed to work worldwide.

You will not get the UK charger in the box from eGlobal, and the iPad version could be Japanese with camera shutter sound (not that important). Also there is a clause in terms and conditions that the warranty may be restricted to original purchase region.

There isn't a UK Apple Charger for this iPad. It is an international charger plus a territory-specific plug corner (that can be slid on and off - push at right angle to the plug pins, away from the charger to detach.) Apple themselves sell different plugs that fit onto the corner of the charger - see apple.com/uk/…=97 for example. The UK mains cable extension version can be useful too. (But I'm not defending Apple's pricing for these accessories!)
I must correct myself that this arrangement is not found on absolutely ALL Apple chargers, just the vast majority!

The warranty IS territory-restricted for cellular products, only, due to the differing bands used in different places.

ADDED QUOTE -
You will be able to receive the remedies available under the One Year Limited Warranty for your Apple product via local Apple service facilities in most parts of the world (please refer to section "How to obtain warranty services"). In the event of any defect in materials and workmanship, you will be able to direct your claims to Apple even in situations where you purchased the Apple Product from a third party." ...
...
Apple may restrict warranty service for Apple Watch and Apple TV to countries where Apple or its Authorized Resellers sell the device.

With regard to iPad devices with cellular coverage and iPhone devices, the warranty provides service coverage the European Economic Area (EEA) countries and Switzerland. Outside this region, service options may be limited due to technical issues outside of Apple control – for information relating to iPad devices with cellular coverage and iPhone devices please see apple.com/iph…TE/ and apple.com/ipa…TE/.

What I meant by UK charger is that you will not get the adapter for that charger in order to be able to use it in UK. If you want a UK adapter you will have to purchase it separately. If you want the official one, I believe the international adapter bundle is £29 from Apple which will make this pretty much identical price granted you will get other adapters which might be useful if you are travelling a lot (not at the moment anyway).

Which is exactly what I said!
And instead of buying the multi-pack from Apple, one could buy just the genuine UK adaptor for a fiver (on eBay even!) The cable extension version seems to go for a tenner inc delivery. Buying a dead Apple charger can be a cheap way to get a cheap genuine adaptor!
And as I said previously, clones are available for even less. After all it is just a (fused) plug...

I am definitely NOT recommending that anyone deal with eGlobal (or making any comment about the possibility or extent of UK import and handling dues) - I am simply correcting the two initially mistakenly or misleadingly-phrased points about the charger and the warranty.

Fair enough. I think I personally still would buy an official Apple Refurb for peace of mind and next day delivery, after all you will get at least 2 weeks more enjoyment out of your device straight away with no hassle whatsoever instead of waiting for when and/if the device at all arrives from eGlobal. After all they are banned on here for a reason.

I’ve got one of these and love it! Sure the bezels could be smaller but it’s very comfortable to hold in one hand. Really wanted to get the 10.5 iPad Pro as they were similarly priced but can’t imagine they’d have been too comfortable to hold in one hand.
