Was £119.99 now £19.99 upfront cost, then £35 a month for 24 months and £5 a month for 500 MB data sim card with o2.

Apple and others cash price is £899. Vodafone for £42 a month want £345 upfront cost !

Due to 500 mb of data only will be good deal for WiFi

24 months x £35 for device worket out £840 so realy You have that device cheaper in monthly payment

Its better then 0% APR

Hope that help

It's a good find; you should state £40 month though. They also do £37/mo but £59 upfront cost. Heat from me good way to get one if you NEED one not WANT one ( like for work etc) not for browsing and movies!
People voting cold please find me a better deal! If not don't vote cold for sake of it; not particular a apple fan; we know Apple charge too much- but other than accidental damage- you can go to apple and get a new device ( within warranty period) for nothing! They are built so well- nothing much goes wrong with them- they ooze quality- can't deny that ; but are pricey- given!
Original Poster
I dont get why people voting cold as for higher monthly payment at other network is over £300 up front costs ! You can simply use the sim data card in other device and then u only paying £35 a month with no APR. If thats cold go and put £900 cash lol

I have never stayed 19.99/month, hot deal crew change the subject
£800-900 for a tablet? Ridiculously overpriced, better off getting a Macbook Pro imo.
That's not actually a bad deal.

If you want one. Basically interest free loan for one.

Any possibility of quidco ? Also are they sim locked ?
Original Poster
Dont think they sim locked. I actually never put my sim in it lol.
£899 on John Lewis. This deal works out at £980. I think

With a small amount of data chucked in.
Well I'm out of the loop, I thought ipads were around £350 and I thought that was expensive. Lol
Tbf its actually a good deal in relation to the buy it now price. Worth it if you are after one as it is like two years interest free. It is an amazing tablet.

They are stupidly priced but the build quality is high. Then you need to add on the cost of a decent case as well !
Btw link is for the 9.7 inch not the larger one so maybe not that good a deal...

500 MB data for £5 a months its standard price anywhere. So I worked out that deal as £840 + £19.99 upfront for device. Don't forget this is a 24 monthly payment - apple paypall credit have 14.9 % APR. There You have better then 0 % APR for device.

£5 a month is u payment for sim data only, you paying £35 a month for that device. You can also paying the device before and stop paying that £5 for data any time with 30 days notice period - that's what I been told at o2
Ah. So the £5 a month is a 30 day rolling thing ? That you can cancel and its not a 24 month dada contract ?

When you pay device in full then you can stop the sim, sounds funny but that what I been told. Will check that later
O2 Refresh plans are for 24 months and include a Device Plan (where you can spread the cost of a device on a consumer credit agreement) and an Airtime Plan, which will be subject to an annual RPI adjustment.

Did the other 2 break?
If he is like me. I tend to refresh my apple kit every 2 years. As it holds its value and off sets the price of new kit.
I see only one "deal" in this... with refresh, you're free to end your contract as soon as the device plan is paid, unless they've changed this.

Ipad Pro 12.9" 128GB with 10GB data - £129.99 upfront and £45 per month (of which, £17.50 is for the data airtime).

The device cost is £801.99 so you can top up the £129.99 with a further £672 and pay 1 month's airtime at £17.50, giving you a total of £819.49 for a £960 device.

To do this, you have to pay the device plan as possible and cancel your airtime.

I am impressed by this. thanks Op and the many people that commented with extra information/offers.

Have you already received yours? Do you mean the iPad Pro is unlocked? Thank you

I collect mine from shop few days ago and is great. Yep is unlocked. Thanks
even the most daft apple fan would not buy this

you would just buy a macbook at this price
So it's basically £40 cheaper than Apple for the device? Is that not anywhere with a better deal than that? Consider that a challenge HotUKDealers...
