My very first deal.

I have tried to see if it has already been posted but couldn't find it (apologies if it has). The price is discounted, albeit not by much. IMO, it makes a decent deal, especially if cashback from Very comes through. I've used Very only once before (BNPL) and received my cashback without any issues.

Other iPad models are also discounted. I hope it helps someone.

I considered voting hot, you did manage to get a pun into the first line, after all.
However, the seller is Very and I cannot ,in all conscience, condone shopping with them

Good post.
Did you get the discount and is it available on the new iPad.
I have a code to tempt me as well

I haven't placed the order yet. I just wanted to bring it to the attention of the community I've benefited from for many years.

You'll soon meet the Apple haters!

Thanks I will pass as the discount may not come

New iPads are coming next week, this is replaced by a 10.5 inch screen. That's what you should wait for.

Not really. The 10.5" replaces this model but £419 for a Pro 9.7" is a great price compared £619 for the new model. It's still an adequate iPad to have and is still top end. I'm highly considering this over the new one.

Don't use the code..you won;t get your refund if you do...check the T&C's

I bought mine from john lewis (was delivered next day ) with a 3 year warranty and a 3 year accidental warranty for only £80 more and thats for the 3 years not £80 a year , i got the large ipad pro and the screens alone are about £300 to replace no brainer really

..quite often 20% off deals making them cheaper. And of prob 10 different tablets bought in our house (over a period of time), none has ever gone wrong anyway.

Personally never had any issues with very. Any returns (non faulty) have been free and refunded quickly with no questions asked.

great deal I've just managed to order the ipad pro 2 12.9 256gb for £677.09 on BNPL

I've just ordered the iPad Pro 10.5 64gb wifi space grey, £100 off, making it £519!! 16% discount, and 12 months BNPL

How do we know we get 100 cash back? You just buy it, that's it?

The offer is £100 back on iPad Pro credited to your account no later than 20th July, sadly the T's & c's does say it can't be used with any other offer as there is a 10% off your first order. I have a screenshot of said £100 back offer in case they try it on

You have to use the buy now pay later option for the £100 back

1. Buy any iPad Pro and select Buy Now Pay Later in checkout.

2. We’ll automatically credit £100 back to your account by 20th July 2017 or the dispatch date, whichever is later. We'll email you when we have applied the credit to your account.

Buy Now Pay Later allows you to delay payment for up to 6, 9 or 12 months. The payment free period starts when you place your order.

The interest is calculated from order date and will be added to your account after the end of the payment free period. Avoid interest by paying in full within the payment free period. Find out more in checkout.

Delivery charges and other Financial Services products are not available on Buy Now Pay Later and will appear on your next statement.

Order must be placed online. If you return your item, the credit will be reversed. This offer can’t be used in conjunction with other offers. Offer live 8th June – 15th June 2017.

Credit provided, subject to credit and account status by Shop Direct Finance Company Ltd. Aintree Innovation Centre, Park Lane, Netherton, Bootle L30 1SL. Over 18’s. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

They will refuse the £100 credit back and as it will be over the 30 day return period they will then refuse a return. Be really careful with Very (Shop Direct) they can be a nightmare.

They've pulled it. I took a screen shot of the offer this morning, went to order at lunch time and it's been removed. Now they're playing like they don't know about it

the offer did expire today according to the T's & C's...

Just got the following email

Thanks for purchasing the Apple iPad Pro, 64Gb, Wi-Fi, 10.5in - Space Grey that comes with credit back to your account.

Just so you know, we will be processing your credit of £100.00 by 20/07/2017.

Details will be shown on your statement within the ‘Payments Applied’ section.

You don’t need to do anything but if you decide to return the item in the meantime, the credit will either not be applied or will be reversed.

Thanks for shopping with Very.

Because John Lewis doesn't offer buy now pay later and some people don't want to /can't fork out all that money in one go.
