Hey guys

3 network
Unlimited mins/text
100gb data
1 year Apple TV+

£47/month for 24 months.
£396 cashback by redemption.
Effective cost £30.50/month.
total cost over 24 months = £732
Less £50 TCB = £682

I was going to buy an iPhone 11 offline for my mum and my contract is up for renewal too.

I've taken out the Sim only Vodafone 40gb deal previously posted (awaiting postage) which would effectively cost me ~£160 over 24 months.

This leaves the phone costing me £522 which seems the best and cheapest deal FOR ME:

I am expecting this one to go cold btw lol. Just hoping it helps someone in my exact situation.
If anything, I would appreciate feedback about dealing with mobile phones direct and if this deal is worth my while.

Cheers

£30 per month is a pretty nice deal on an iphone 11 with 100gb data. Hot from me, not as though it makes any difference due to the way these deals are presented by HUKD
The cashback is very simple, the claims are all done online and you have 60 days after each relevant bill. Just put reminders in your phones calendar, even a dip can manage that.
Added heat, very good deal with total at £732 with cashbacks and a very good chunk of data, but as with all redemption deals (sadly) people just see the highlighted price and hit that minus button
The thing I don’t like about MPD is that I can’t see the name of the tariff I’m signing up to - this is relevant to Vodafone, where these are multiple tariffs with the same amount of data but the download speed is capped.
Do you always get ur cashback or do they try get out of it

As long as you submit it on time. Once submitted you’ll get an email confirming that you have submitted. Then they will review it (which can take 10mins or 48 hours) once reviewed you’ll get an email saying if successful cashback claim or not. If successful then the cashaback will be paid within 14 days.

How cashback works:

If your deal included a cash back by redemption or a line rental discount this will be shown on your order confirmation email. Your cash back is claimable in five instalments over the initial duration of the airtime agreement. Cash back on 12 month contracts is claimed during billing months 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 from the date of connection or upgrade. Cash back on 18 and 24 month contracts is claimed during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection or upgrade.

To claim, simply fill out our cash back claims form which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website or by clicking the link here mobilephonesdirect.co.uk/cas…ack.

Please note that claims must be received within 60 days from the date shown on the mobile bill you provide to be valid.

Once approved cash back is paid within 14 working days directly into your bank account as supplied by you at the point of ordering.

Please note that you cannot claim a cash back if you have cancelled your order, disconnected the SIM card from the network, or you have changed your price plan with us, or with the network. The mobile bill you provide to us to at the point of your claim must be in relation to the mobile number we connected or upgraded. If you ported a different number to your new contract, the bills then need to show the number you have ported to.

It'll get another update of course. I'd always go android because that's my personal preference.

As long as it’s out of contract then yes. You just need to call them and ask for a PAC code
Are there any similar deals to this on EE? 3 have massively messed me around the past couple of weeks, so I’m wanting to join EE.
Always been wary about these deals, but if they’re legit cash back, then cracking deal for an 11.

After how Three have dealt with my upgrade request (still not sorted 3 months later), I’ve found their customer service to be atrocious. Been with them years too!

I was thinking of joining 3 myself for the mate 20 pro..but heard a few things about 3 now ..maybe that's why they are so cheap
