If the code is showing as invalid, chance are that Very have stopped the ability for you to use BNPL (buy now pay later) on your account. No way around this without opening another account which may be highlighted to their fraud department if in your own name.

You technically don't have to pay it back within 12 months to get the £100 off BUT you'd be shooting yourself in the foot because the interest rate would be added after 12 months.

Add to cart. Add releveant discount code and choose BNPL. You'll pay the deposit on your card, and after a certain amount of days the amount you owe will be discounted by £100. You then just need to pay the remaining balance before the 12 months 'grace period' ends.
I took out this offer last year and then they increased it to £150 cashback on Black Friday, should I wait this time

also seems to be no delivery till the 15th November

Very are actually pretty good if you stick to the time-frame.

You'll set up a credit account.
They'll add £729 to your balance.
Credit you back £100 within a certain time.
You'll have to pay back the £629 within the interest-free time-frame.
Pretty straightforward

Comes off the money you need to pay back.
Just the 11 or 11 Pro too?

Can this code be used more than once? Looking to buy 2 of these and if I could get £100 off each of them that would be great!!!
So if I do this how long before I can pay the balance off? Would rather pay it off straight away
How’s this work, I want the £100 off but would rather settle up ASAP

Wait till they credit you the £100 then settle in full. You get an email to say roughly when you get the credit.
You can settle it early if you wanted: very.co.uk/bnp…age

Thanks for the info
Really hoping they do the 20% off apple soon. They have done it last couple of years.

Yes they normally add it a month later. Just so you don't get £100 credit and return it.
Fantastic offer!
So is this effectively an interest free loan for the first 12 months but if you don't pay it off within the first 12 months you pay interest which will include the first 12 months too?

Yes, and £100 off.

Most "Buy now pay later" schemes are 24 or 36 months finance plans that have a grace period. Thus, if you pay it off within that grace period, you don't pay any interest. If you fail to pay it off, you pay interest from the first day, and I believe you pay it on the full amount even if you've paid some of it off already, but don't quote me on that. p.s. I say full amount, but this Very deal would be £100 less.
If you're looking at getting a more expensive iPhone 11 then Topcashback are offering 14% cashback with Very for new customers who open a credit account. Not sure how their credit accounts work so I'm wary of it.

Sweet £100 off an Apple product is not to be sniffed at, never heard of Very so was cautious if anyone ever receives the discount as if full price I’d rather buy from Apple. Wonder if it will increase with this Black Friday larke happening when ever it is

Very are linked with Littlewoods if I remember correctly. They're alright. People have complained in the past about not getting the cashback offers on finance deals like this, however I've also seen comments by others saying they possibly didn't follow the steps or meet certain criteria.

I've used Very finance/cashback with success, maybe twice, I can't remember. But definitely on an iphone 7.
mvisram24/10/2019 11:44

£120 off on the Pro variant!

Any links? Shows £100 off to me...

I purchased the iphone 8 around 2 years ago when they were giving 20% off in a similar promotion. No issues getting the cashback then, this might tempt me into upgrading.
It's no cheaper than taking out a contract though? If you want a decent data allowance, your looking at a sim which will cost £15 a month on top of the outright cost of the phone?

Depends how good you are at shopping around for a sim only.

20GB for £8 a month for me. FoneHouse deal posted on here a month or two ago.

yeah did the same thing, bought 3 for my daugthers so the BNPL was very handy to stretch over the year.
What’s Very like if you get an issue with the handset later down line
DONT DO IT - You'll have nothing but issues getting the credit back. Bought an Ipad about 2 years ago on same deal. Absolute nightmare. They'll accuse you of not using the code, even though you have.

Had to go through head office and after about 6 months i got the credit after admitting their error. Never again
