    This is from the Three website - Each April, your Monthly Charge will increase by an amount up to the December CPI Rate, published in January of that year, plus 3.9%

    So you'll be looking at an increase of well over 10% on the contract come April. Still looks like one of the cheapest iPhone 13 deals at the minute.

    So many people looking at the total cost based on today rather than after the increase.
    The Tesco deal does not go up in price for the duration of the contract so it's well worth doing the sums to see which is better.

    I'm paying £899.64 over 3 years for the Tesco deal.
    This is £735 over 2 years. But factor in over 10% in April 2023 and another x% in April 2024 and this could easily get close to £800 in total over 24 months.
    The you need to find a SIM deal for 12 months at £X.

    So yes, in total it's slightly cheaper than the Tesco deal. But the Tesco deal does offer flexibility to exit the contract at anytime (only paying off the phone).


    Either deal could be good for you, but it's worth having a good think about the details rather than just the headline rate. (edited)

    Typing this on my iPhone 7 and just got the Tesco deal for the iPhone 13 so get my wife’s hand me down iPhone X 🤪

    Had both phones 3 years and paid the same price for the iPhone 13 as the X back then. (edited)

    The X is still a great phone, my wife has one. Only sold mine earlier this year as I wanted a better camera.

    I think this is a good deal, right?
    I'm not going to post this deal coz there's only one, and I think I'm going to get it, but my local cash converter has a 13 128gb for £480, which is almost the equiv to this deal, minus the sim contract. (edited)
