Having read the previous iPhone 11 ‘Good’ thread from GiffGaff, I would advise caution. Many people on that thread received ‘good’ phones from GiffGaff that were bashed, battered, scratched and even had unknown part warnings.

Ok they offer a no quibble return but is that worth the hassle given what some others received?!

I bought 'good' and received a Sony xperia 1 iv that looked like it just came out the factory with a full 2 year warranty still in tact. Luck of the draw I guess.

I bought this - first iPhone to arrive - fault with microphone and nobody could hear me when on the phone so returned it unfortunately as it was in perfect condition with 92% battery life. 2nd iPhone received looked like someone had a penknife came of noughts and crosses on the screen and a scrap at the side with the paint missing so it’s been sent back too. I have given up with good condition phones. You get what you pay for…
