Could be ideal if someone has a 0% offer on their credit card and can afford to pay it off before interest start accumulating

Wait, is this only the phone price? Do you get free calls, the secretary and the mistress for that price?
    missionary's avatar
If you make the secretary your mistress, price will come down. But calling her is not free

Help me please, last week i bought it from Apple store and paid £1309, does Apple price match?
    Vintage670's avatar
I would never pay this much for a phone as useful as it is to me.

Have ip14 pro and bought s23ultra for my dad so was able to use it for few days...

Lifetime android lover but switched to Ios this year. Have to admit I'm already taken by ios.

For me s23u is definitely tooo big.
Camera (cant even compare zoom lol) is IMHO better. Battery as well definitely better than in my iphone...

For me it's just this choice if you prefer ios or Android. Also android is great in terms of pre order deals (bought this ultra for 899 with broken ip6 trade in).

First time in iphone history, Apple avenue dropped this year. I won't pay more than £700 for an iphone anymore. Will continue buy refurbished ones for sure. Fuxx greedy capitalism.

And that G Wagon is getting on for £200k?! 🥹

Crazy price, I went for the S23 Ultra 512GB with smart tag + and traded in a smashed up £60 S10+ and a couple of discount codes I found online...paid £200 up front and £53 a month for 12 months with Samsung 0% finance = £836 .... if Apple offered something similar with trade insurance and vouchers I'd have considered them.
    thedvdmonster's avatar
Yeah but they don’t as they don’t have to offer discounts and free gifts to get their products off the shelves.
very bizarre how Galaxy and Samsung do this when their products seem decent enough to just sell direct without the sweetners.
you’d think they would have faith in their own devices.

My old huawei is more rounded than my pixel 7 pro yet im missing a lot of information in corners. This iphone is so round will be hard to watch or read anything on this junk.
    thedvdmonster's avatar
I don’t think even you know what you are on about.

So as long as the person you purchased it from continues to pay the contract it remains yours?
  11. AF1_Supra's avatar
Bloody hell that is crazy, I bought my S23 Ultra 512GB for £900

Are you comparing a bricks and motor store with a private purchase? I'm not sure they are comparable

For last 6 years was using Android and l still love my S10+. Its still a terrific phone that ticks a lot of boxes.
  19. wadepayne's avatar
Would never pay that much for a phone. Will stick with my 75 pound 2nd hand Motorola g10.

The thing to keep in mind with iPhone is that they hold their value like no other phone. Therefore when you eventually sell it on, you will get far more for it than a similarly priced Android phone. So, the total cost of ownership over 2-3 years could be a lot lower than for another phone.
  23. Jef_B's avatar
This costs twice as much as my old car three years ago. All the electronics inside my vehicle would make a hundred of these, lol.
  24. MoHoneyMoProblems's avatar
You can get a used iPhone 11 Pro Max for like £270. Maybe it's just me, but I'd really struggle to notice any difference day to day. (edited)
