Very similar to the deal I posted over a week ago but this was a one a family member managed to get! Again rang up to leave and was offered this deal! The 4gb of data may not be suitable for some but after a period of time you can always ring EE and they up the data to 10gb free of charge! 49.99 one off cost for a 64gb Iphone is a great price as 16gb phones memory really doesn't last long! Also paid the 6.98 on debit card but put it as a credit on the next bill.

Why will they give more data for free?

Really good offer, I've been through to retention twice now over last few & never offered me a good deal like this! Think I need to ring again & try a little harder

Most of my friends and family are on EE and I have always suggested to them to ring and complain about the data doesn't seem to be lasting long and without fail they've came off the phone with the plan been upped to 10gb at no extra charge!

Cheers I'll give it a go

I think it's hit and miss depending on who you get through to at Retentions. Given the size of the HUKD community I'm surprised there's no employee for any of the networks that's posted a mega thread on how to get best retention deals and what the upcoming deals/offers are.

These all are individual retention deals specific to customer. This is to do with what your account will allow not how you haggle with them. I suspect it depends on if you are a new customer, of like to spend over your allowance. Sadly loyalty is not adequate for ee

is it data only deal ? couldnt see anything about minutes or texts

Nowt offered anywhere near this deal!

Anyone know how much the 64GB Plus would cost? Looking for a family member - I'm the go to person for this kind of stuff, idk why though!

Been on the phone to them for 1 hour and 50 minutes... to get nothing...

It's at the top of the page

Offered nothing close to this last week! Got a decent SIM only deal though. Think I'll continue like this and just buy a new phone outright when I want one. Much easier but fair play if you can get a deal like this!

I was interested until I saw it was a retention deal. Retention deals are completely dependent on who you speak to, what they feel like and how close they are to hitting their retention target this week.

If you're lucky and get a good deal then fair play but not everyone can get it. So is it really a deal?

It's also a under the counter deal they have which is a last resort before giving up and letting you leave! The way I see it if they can do if for me they can do it for everyone else

Advisor laughed at me, this is not available!

Do I need to be EE customer?

if you have an existing discount on your account then I can maybe see this but the plans themselves all tend to end in 49p or 99p .... but yours is 25p?? you could have discounts ranging from 5% to 40% or even recurring credits already existing. I agree with other no where near from the chats I have had with them

If you look on the discounts bit it's blank there is nothing on the account to say there's credits or discounts.

Can we see copy of your contact and name of the bloke who offered you the deal?
Hard to believe if I am honest

how many minutes/texts/08 numbers??

I tried this and wouldn't get anywhere near!!! Cheapest they would do for the 64gb iPhone 6 was £36.99 a month but wanted £300 upfront!!!!

Been with EE for 3 years, called right now coz my contract ends in May - they said its impossible...

I'm not sure why this is getting quite a lot of negative feedback if I'm honest the proof is in the photo of what the deal was? Wasn't exactly made up ha the confirmation is sent by EE

don't worry it's the same as all the others. Just bigger and with touch I.d

Hi tried EE retentions this morning, and got no where near your deal, in fact the deal they offered me was no better than the one new customers can get. i'm aiming for 6+ 64g

Anyway when i mentioned id seen good deals about he asked me if it was hotukdeals and then said if a retention has been detailed there they are more than likely either a business user, high user or related to someone in EE.

@DSB690 not questioning whether this deal really is real, (i'm sure it is although the picture just links back to EE upgrades) but are you any of those or do you regularly go over your limits and pay extra each month, i just want to try and manage my expectation.

at the moment i can get the phone i want through apple for £33.95 a month (@14.8% APR) plus £9.99 for the data @ £44 per month compared to the EE equivalent of £389.99 up front and £31.99 a month around £48 per month when you consider the RPI uplift in March next year.Tthere really is little incentive to stay, maybe i'll get the allusive call back tomorrow??

Doubt this is 64gb called ee cheapest deal for 64gb was £38 same mins txt and data
