Apple have announced the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus...

They have initial opening offers on their website:

iPhone 6 (4.7 inch Screen)
16GB - £539
64GB - £619
128GB - £699

iPhone 6 (5.5 inch Screen)
16GB - £619
64GB - £699
128GB - £789

They are also offer free delivery and prices all include VAT

They will be available in Silver, Gold and Space Grey.

These are all sold as SIM Free, but have an option to purchase with a O2 or Three PAYG SIM Card.

The phones go on sale on the 19th September, but can be reserved at these special prices from the 12th September.

If you are keen to get the phone, you are probably best to reserve ASAP at these offers, as they will almost certainly sell out on launch and might be a delay in getting hold of one afterwards. Also eBay sellers will also be trying to cash in and sell these at a premium for the first few weeks while they are difficult to get hold of for the first few weeks.

brbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbr its bit chilly in here ain't it?i think this deal has the opposite effect here on hotukdeals its gone so cold but really its hot. Because all that voted cold will actually buy it but we are just angry at the pricing but we want it so bad we know its the dogs **** and that.

Even taking into account the typical HUKD " Lemming voting" its a pretty big thumbs down (_;)

No one wants to pay these prices and we all voting cold but I bet you most of us will still buy it ll apple has you.

Why has this post gone so cold, I have just posted?

I thought the initial opening prices were very respectable... There was speculation before the launch party, the iPhone 6 Plus with the 128GB version might cost in excess of £1000, so I thought this was a bit of a bargain really.

If you don't reserve your phone now, these launch prices are likely to go up. Also people on eBay will be selling them far higher on the launch day, so if you want the phone, you are best to grab it at these opening special offer prices, to make sure you are not ripped off.

Welcome to rrpukdeals.com
Special launch prices, of course(not). These apple website price have always been the rrp prices, apple don't know the meaning of sale, special offer, launch deals, etc.

Perhaps because you really have to be a moron to buy an iPhone at that price (any model).

Lots of kids going hungry on the estates over the next few weeks, sorry foodbanks see increase in demand.

Nothing screams Chav more than a gold iPhone.

bargain, voted hot

Those are the prices in the USA for signing up to a 24 month contract... PAYG is no where near as big over there!

Also in the USA mobile contracts are far more expensive than here in the UK and even though they make you sign up to a two year contract the networks do not subsidise phones as much as here, and have to pay quite a lot initially. The phones are usually the same price regardless of the monthly amount of the contract.

Some massive changes here, big low resolution screens and........ And....... And....... Oh that's it, just a big screen then. Oh well look forward to a 10meg camera on the 6s and...... Oh that's it.

Ohhh goodness, I am getting flamed!

I wish I hadn't posted this now!

BTW - I'm an HTC One M7 and not really interested in the Apple iPhone, but thought might be nice to inform iPhone users of this deal. :o/

Luks lyk ipad thought would be stylish design but same stuff. really disappointed. Price will drop soon. No point buying. Vry cold.

It could be worse, you could have posted a refurbished ipad or an Eoghan Quigg CD

Edit. Oh dear it's now the coldest deal of all time.

Unlucky on that one! Posting anything from Apple unless it's free will release the haters!

I will always have iPhones, I like the Apple way and their premium customer service wipes the floor with any manufacturer, I guess that's also why we pay that sort of price!

I was excited for this new phone although I will probably wait 6 months and see what happens to the prices before I make my move!!

I was in the US last month. The prices for mobile contracts and for pay as you go there are extortionate.
50 dollars a month gives you 1GB of data, and that is cheap for the US, AT&T are even more expensive. 80 dollars gives you unlimited everything on T-mobile pay as you go sim only. They all think they are getting great deals over there yet are paying through the nose.

Lets be realistic here.. you simply do not need to spend £500+ on a mobile now.
there are plenty of other brands that are awesome phones.
Apple are losing ground and the pricing remains to high.
certainly not unaffordable but why pay so much?
Im no apple hater but there truly is better brands at a quarter of the price.
just my 2cents worth

shocking!! same old design and nothing new, playing catchup!
