Yes - it's an iPhone deal. iPhone's are expensive, compared to Android phones - and I realise that. However if you are set on buying an iPhone this is an exceptional deal. Grade is 'Almost Perfect' from o2, which will come in nearly new condition (or in some cases still with wrapping on).

Below is 16 and 64GB. 128 is also a cracking price at around £490..

For 16GB, pick

£39.99
upfront
£41.00
a month

- total device price - £303.99

For 64GB, pick

£19.99
upfront
£46.00
a month

- total device price - £403.99

Thanks tomwatts for the below guide..

Step by step guide for this deal
- - -
1) Follow the get deal button, purchase the GB and tarriff as above.
2) Receive your brand new phone and sim card.
3) Put the sim card into your phone and go onto myO2 (app or website) and from there request the unlock code.
4) Call 202 from the same sim card as it will make things much easier, go straight to the I want to leave o2 department or something like that (I think it's thinking of leaving us? Press something) as that will connect you with the right people much quicker.
5) Tell the person you want to pay your device in full and cancel the airtime. They will ask you why, tell them you don't think the airtime is a good value for money, but you want to keep the phone because you think it's an outstanding value for money. They will ask you for card details, you tell those details and that's it, they cancel it for you in about an hour.
6) You own the phone from that point, assumed that you have done this straightaway, there won't be any charges, otherwise you will have to pay as much airtime as you have used.
7) Unlock code will come through in about 2 to 48 hours.
In first month they might take the airtime from your bank account through direct debit because they generate the bill the next day you apply for a contract, don't be scared as this will be refunded the next month, if not, call them again.

Many people have taken advantage of refresh offers in the past, myself included. This is a great price for this device if you want it now!

Never going to be as good as the 6+ deal from a year or two ago that was £192... still waiting for something to beat that.

'Almost Perfect'!
They do like to tart up the word Used.

£100 more for an extra 48GB of memory? Only Apple.

Saying that still good prices.

Only o2, rather.

Been posted a few times before - the iPhone 6 seems to regularly be about £200 on Refresh for the 16GB, not sure this is worth an extra £100.

Wish a decent price would come along for 64GB, it's pretty criminal that they stopped 32GB instead of 16GB.

Still waiting to get back my £470 from O2

This is not.

Compared to the price of the Note 7, they're practically giving it away.

Get your bank to do a charge back if you've been overcharged on an O2 refresh deal.

LadyLuck

For what?

Probably for taking the full 24 months airtime by DD after paying off the handset and cancelling the contract. O2 have form for this - it has happened to me twice. I got the money back but there are plenty of examples of them messing up, so make sure you keep checking your 02 account and your bank account.

For some reason I get the price £513.99 to pay off the handset for the 64GB. What am I doing wrong?

More the point, it is second hand.

Just looking at a 5s 32gb and that's working out at £216 on refresh so this is a good deal.
Really only want a 5s or 5c for the kids though

If you click on iPhone 5c as new you can get a 8gb phone for £96 ( £4x24 months) or a 16 gb phone for £144 (£6x24 months).

I've bought a couple if 5c's off ebay. They say refurbished but brand new in sealed apple boxes. I got 32gb for about £110. Not had any trouble at all.

Just got the iPhone 6s 64GB in rose gold delivered today (ordered yesterday evening) - setup and activated aim, ordered unlock, and spoke to customer services who paid off the phone & cancelled theairtime contract - perfect. Phone is also perfect condition. Superb for only £403.99

wasn't this something like £280 on a refresh deal very recently?

Would anyone happen to know if the iphone unlock done by O2 is permanent or not. For example - Can you keep changing network every few months with this unlocked iphone?

Yes

Has anyone else had problems with them unlocking the phone?
I cancelled my airtime with o2 and paid off the phone and requested my unlock code. After 3 days i got an email saying that i hadn't used my phone on the o2 simcard for at least 24hours so they couldn't unlock it for me. I had used it for probably about 18 hours on the network before they disconnected me. Any ideas on how to get around this with them?

Does this come in the proper box and everything?

As these are presumably Used, any idea how long the warranty is with Apple or would you contact O2 if anything was to go wrong with the phone? Thanks.
