If it's brand new stock then Apple will do all all warranty repairs themselves for 12 months. So, in this case, it should be OK????

Please note that all our products are imported goods and will not come with manufacturer's warranty but instead we will cover the warranty through our own company.

Why?
Have you actually bought any from Eglobal?
You're not just listening to hearsay?
I've bought two: no problem

I don't want a refurbished iPhone from China thanks

Just purchased a refurbished iPhone 6s from digiflex on amazon for £259 with 12 month warranty x

Where does it state brand new or warranty info?

Item is new. If wanting a UK-enforceable warranty, purchase directly with UK credit card to obtain S75 protection where the UK credit card co assumes joint and several responsibility for delivery of a new item and the equivalent of the 12m phone warranty stated at eglobalcentral.co.uk/war…tml . S75 eligibility requires the merchant's payment processor (EGC states Worldpay) to not perform an intermediary function that would otherwise break the debtor-creditor-supplier association, such as would happen if using PayPal i.e. eglobalcentral needs to appear on credit card statement for the transaction to satisfy one of the S75 requirements.

Anyone else bored of the scaremongering comments that come with every eglobal post?

We get the message, they don't give great support, but it's fine with Apple product as Apple will support you worldwide.

Did anything ever go wrong with those phones? I bought a Nexus5x. Great phone until bootloop issue. I phoned LG and gave them my IMEI number and they told me the phone had been sourced from Australia, no cover with LG so had to send it off to EG. I never saw that phone again, they ended up losing it and giving me 50% refund. 8 weeks of message only customer service.

"Apple may restrict service to the country where Apple or its authorized distributors originally sold the hardware product"

"If you seek service in a country that is not the country of original purchase, you will comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges."

Im not questioning what you've written at all but doesn't the above mean if it's originally distributed or sold in, say China, services may get restricted to there.?

Not worth the hassle and risk. Cold

Just look on trust pilot says it all. Without Apple warranty you could be buying a modified fake iPhone.

People should be warned that they are taking a risk, maybe only a relatively small one but still a risk.
I am speaking from personal experience so talking factually which is not scaremongering.
Filling out the form to make a claim with a credit card company is quite laborious.
