Yes, that has been my experience - if they are "A-" grade it means they have been kept in decent cases

Can anyone confirm the discount code? It didn’t work on mobiles previously so I guess they’ve changed that. £125 for a grade A iPhone 7 is good and these guys don’t refurb or meddle with these like others so it should be all OEM.

If you hav purchased something from ITZOO before the discount code "might" work - but the price is correct regardless of voucher

Yep, given up on second hand phones now, the several I have ordered have all been with a fault. Of course you will get the ones who state that the phone they receive is new, just like you will get some who win a tenner on a scratchcard, unfortunately for each good one there are dozens of phones with a fault. the fact is most will have took an hammering during their lifetime, especially thge battery.

I emailed yesterday to ask for a forces discount as we are eligible but was told they cannot discount mobiles any further. Also I ordered the other one as for an extra £10 should be better quality less marks etc.

Dont forget, possible shafted battery, how many times has the charge port been used?, possibly been down the lav a few times and dried out.

and don't forget some of these units will have been "accidentally" run over in the work parking lot - and if not have probably been used as a substitute football in the lunch time 5-a-side between accounting and sales.

Lol, I like a positive guy, I was positive will all my purchases, I love a bargain, just dont want to have to keep returning junk that is supposedly checked and fully working with minor signs of use, lol, I suspect the faulty phones I returned will have a wipe and go out to someone else. At some stage someone will accept the tat

While there are people and vendors who do this my personal experience with ITZOO has been exceptionally good (and when i think about it I have bought a scarily large number of items from them over the years!)

That is hopefully good news and how it should be, last phone from xsitems_ltd was supposedly very good condition, if you class some cheap aftermarket screen with a whopping stress mark across the centre, A mark that would have been visible to a guy with one eye looking at it around 20 foot a way. Utter junk is what I would say lol, then they insisted on photos etc before return.

Isn't that like saying Hitler was an Austrian, therefore all Austrians are evil?

I've used both companies. I don't like XSitems or how they do business, however ITZOO and their parent company, we've had well over 100 computers from them now and they are by and large, great. Have also bought about 10 phones and smartwatches from them with no issues, some as old as the iPhone 6. They will have marks and scratches as they're 3-4 year old phones now but they won't be wrecked. Just remember, these guys are mainly IT refurbishers not phones and the testing process does differ (mostly as phones are carried around in pockets and abused a lot more).

Why another one same model and color is £135? itzoo.co.uk/col…ade
I think it's because the dearer phone i graded 'A' and the cheaper phoned is graded 'A Minus'.

Could the battery of the phone that you bought still be charged to 100%? The reviews for the full grade A version of this phone gave the maximum battery charge levels as being 100%, 99% and 88%. 88% is rather low.

My experience of cex is that grade A phones last for several years but grade b phones only last for an average of 6 months. My inclination would therefore be to pay an extra £10 to this supplier for grade A
Battery is always a concern on a used phone.
Got mine today, battery life 79% and the associated service warning - contacted them for a refund.

Isn't 79% pretty good for a phone that was released 4 years ago?

My wife and daughters phones are both in mid 80s, but the point being you don’t expect a grade A refurbished item to require servicing on arrival to be practical.

I did order on the other thread the A version but A or A- I’d still be very dissapointed if it didn’t explicitly say the battery may need servicing when buying a refurbished phone with an A rating of any type personally - just trying to give others the heads up for a more informed decision.

Ordered one. Voucher code can’t be used on mobiles so that’s useless.
Arrived today. In good condition with battery health at 86%.
