Been posted numerous times....but I'd be wary been told the £80 won't get credited back as the item is already on sale....
Not true I have already had an email to say I will get £80 credited to my account

I bought something off very before Xmas and got told £30 would be credited on the particular item, it took me a month to chase it up and after speaking to numerous advisors I finally got the cash back onto my very account. I would take a screenshot of the offer or keep any evidence as I feel u can be caught out
I'm just trying help people here...my father went through this.last year for my brother...he recieved the email stating that he would be credited but didn't get it. As the phone was already on offer.....just be wary
When I bought my Galaxy S7 Edge from them and used my 20% off discount code at the time, they never charged me back for it or anything at any point. Got a good amount off it too. Very has been fine when I've used it with discount codes.
I purchased last time the offer was on during Xmas, I didn’t get the refund on time but called up and it was sorted straight away.
“Very” cold, awful awful company
Whatever u save in money u ll spent 10 tines over in phone calls, time, sanity, life etc
