This won't be for everyone (including me as I'm an Android user) but I see that Argos are now selling the iPhone SE 128GB for £369 with 12 months 0% APR BNPL if you purchase using an Argos card.

The 32GB model is down to £269.

Hope it's of interest to some. Sure Black Friday will bring other deals for those looking for a new phone.

If you don't mind it in grey and locked to Tesco/O2/GiffGaff, you can get it at £324.99

But your deal is a decent price considering the option to spread the cost over 12 months. Hot.

I always thought this was and is an amazing phone, even more so it comes in the 128GB size. I reckon if they refreshed the design a little, marginally increased the display size (if Sony can do it in this chassis size) and waterproofed it, there wouldn’t be much more they could improve on

Agreed good price and this is an excellent little phone - tempting to upgrade my 64GB (bought in May 2016 for £430). Still 64GB space is plenty but a lovely form factor, still quick and 64bit app happy unlike the 5C or 5.

Amazing deal got one 8 months ago for 479 when the 128 gb was just released.

damn, great deal but just ordered from John Lewis and waiting for it to arrive, hopefully they match this to avoid returning it (Seems the can match past purchases - would be a good deal for the 2 year guarantee).

Are Apple themselves likely to do any deals? I'd been holding out but doubt it will go much lower before Christmas

This is a deal! Thanks OP

Might be a silly question but will this play non-itunes audio files? I've never had an Apple device before and i'm looking for a compact phone i can also listen to audio books on. Any help greatly appreciated.

You can use VLC to play anything video, audio and add files via wifi. I use an excellent player called nPlayer which does much the same but lets you download from network shares and is a little more polished and less crashy than VLC was.

I have never liked Apples idea of using iTunes so use these apps to listen to music and just load them on using the wifi interface. I never got to grips with iTunes it seemed to be a pain to put all your music in it and then sync it across. Unless you have a small library or huge memory on the device it never really worked for me.

Phrased as if you need to use finance ..

Can just be bought outright at this price..

I asked John Lewis if they will price match and they will. They have now reduced the price matching that of Argos. Plus 2 Year warranty. johnlewis.com/app…rey
