OK, I know this deal won't be great for everyone and you don't get much data. But at the moment you get a new Iphone SE 32GB version with unlimited mins and texts (Sky Customers only) and 500MB of data for £13 a month (normally £15). 30 month contract. £50 Quidco it seems also.

BTW, does anyone know if the cost of Sky Mobile is added to your normal TV/Broadband bill, or is it separate each month?

30 months?

Might as well make it £5/month for 100 months!!!

The mobile side of things has its own account: the only link is the free calls and txts.

So one bill for TV/Broadband and a second for Mobile - after your first payment, just change either payment due date to match the other

People seem so shocked these days with 30 months... it's a finance agreement, not the contract length.

I've got a feeling that when it comes to negotiating you new sky TV contract they are not going to give you a deal, because if you leave your mobile phone contract will go up £10 (because you will no longer be a sky tv customer)

You'll end up paying full price for sky tv for a minimum of 18 months.

Well done for noticing this! Had this problem with Talktalk few years back!

Dijital may have a point, but I doubt they could hold you hostage on a TV/Broadband retention deal over a tenner extra on your mobile bill.

Eelvis, Yesterday I googled Sky Mobile and an ad came up for the £13 deal. When I added the phone it came up £10, then I added £5 data package, and the total cost came up as £13. I cleared my cookies and went through Quidco for £50 cashback (which has tracked) and it came up the same £13. Today the ad is still there for £13, but I'm getting £15 without the ad.

As for the deal itself, a Unlimited Mins and Texts Sim Only deal would cost you at least £5 a month elsewhere, so that is £150 over 30 months. £50 Quidco. So that makes it around £190 for a brand new 32GB iphone SE. A couple of weeks ago the discontinued 16GB model at Currys went super Hot at £197. And frankly for me that doesn't have enough storage, and it will have an old battery. So this is not a bad deal.

But I'm not going to unbox it, and if a better Black Friday deal comes up I can send it back within my 14 days cooling off.

be careful as you are entering into a new sky tv 18 month contract and any discounts on your account are removed, just a con to get you to stay with sky. !!
