Whatever you may or may not think about Apple, this is a 10% price cut and as such is a good deal. I personally like the size and form factor of the SE (exactly the same as my current 5S). I have been looking to get one as its meant to be a cracking phone.

not bad price still better off buying sim free from ebay like me. got a sealed new 64gb one for £300

To be fair I have looked on eBay but never seem to find one that cheap. Or if I do it's it's for sale by someone with 0% feedback which screams 'scam' at me. (I've been ripped off on eBay for an iPhone before - luckily PayPal compensated me).

Not sure why this is cold. It's a brilliant device and this is a good price. Hot from me.

Aye, seems decent to me, but it's got to be a REALLY good Apple deal to get any love.

I thought these SE models only came in 16gb and 64gb variants

They recently revised it to double the storage

I was not aware of that I may have considered this at 128gb! Ended up going for the 7 in 256gb instead... Gutted now tho cause the battery on this sucks and I've heard the SE is quite long lasting!

The o2 refresh deal for a almost perfect SE 64 gb comes to £264 which seems more tempting than this one.

I got a 64GB from Argos refurbished for 297 a couple of weeks ago. I've been impressed with it - very responsive (much more than my previous 6) and has more features too.

Only thing putting me off is the smaller screen. I've only got a Moto G3 at the moment and I was hoping to upsize. If they do the spend £100 and get a tenner thing over Easter, I'll reckon I'll be in.

yes you do need to be vigilant

Brilliant price for the iPhone SE. I bought it from very a few weeks ago (the day the new 32GB model came out), with a 20% credit so the very deal was better but at the moment this Argos deal is the cheapest way of getting the new phone.
This was the very deal, I also got cold down voted

More risk. I'd rather pay the extra £79 and get a high street one that I can trust the heritage of, personally, as I've had phones blocked after 6 months before, and PayPal won't cover you after this. 'SIM free' is hard to determine, since Three contract phones come unlocked, as well as BT Mobile. Why is someone selling a brand new, sealed phone for £300 if it's not under contract? If it's from a store they could just take it back -even to a high street store - if it's still sealed. I'm sure some people do get 'unwanted gifts' but is it really that many people, or is this just a default remark sellers come out with to placate buyers?

Not saying I don't take punts on phones - I regularly pick up cheap phones from Cash Generator etc to play with, but they're far cheaper than £300 and at least I can take them back easily if there are any problems.
