Very = awful.
Best price around at the moment. Ive never had any problems with Very. Bought an iphone on the recent 20% credit statement offer on hotdeals and the whole process was simple and the credit applied quickly

Have you ever had to contact them regarding an issue with an order? Jesus …Have you ever had to contact them regarding an issue with an order? Jesus that was the worst month of my life.

You must have had a fairly good life then......
I would rather pay £20 more and buy it from John Lewis with a 2 year guarantee.

The 128Gb also has £100 off
Or go in to O2 take one out on refresh and pay the handset off. £240
If anyone wants a refurbished one laptops direct have them £199
Cheapest price around..
I highly recommend Very as they do have some great deals a lot of the time. I do not recommend Very if you are rubbish at keeping up with your monthly payments, But you can always pay it off straight away. The only problem I have ever had in the past 5 years was an order I got sent to a shop. There was a problem when they scanned it so they couldn’t give it me. So I contacted Very and they told me that the item would be returned to them and I would have to reorder. Wasn’t difficult to do.
£299 in Carphone Warehouse in case anyone wants one without waiting for shipping or doesn't want to deal with Very.
Link to 128gb not working

Have always kept up payments. However have had an issue with customer service over a 20% code that wasn't applied to item even though I had the screenshot to prove it had been applied at point of sale. I must have spoken to 20 agents over a 3month period and even though I was told umerous times they'd apply credit to my account it never appeared. I ended up phoning the dept that deals with late payments etc and they sorted the £55 refund out within minutes.Dealing with "customer service" was a pain in the bum I wouldn't want to repeat anytime soon!

How so?

Very is a big gamble.
I had to speak to 20-25 advisors(not kidding), including the complaints team, customer service team and what not to fight for my credit back.
Just have a look at their trustpilot score to decide as well. 1.1 out of 10.

Which model Iphone is it?
Also this is £299 practically everywhere - Argos, Carphone Warehouse, John Lewis... and it was lower over the Black Friday period.

So the "£100 off" is a bit of a fib.

"£20 off any other shop" to deal with Very? No ta.

Mean spirited? Yes, but only because time of year.

Good advice? Definitely.

A few people I know with the SE have said it's been fantastic up until the latest iOS update, which is a shame! But I'm sure these come with older versions installed.

My iPhone 6s went ape**** after the update, it’s so sluggish it’s a joke so not model dependent I think unless you get a later version than the 7.

My iPhone 6 is still 'boot looping' has been for last fortnight.
Own the phone for just over a year now. Great little device. Front camera could b better. Other than that is simply great.

Old tech?, it 2016 with a A9 chip. Yes, it’s old tech compared with the iPhone X but £700 cheaper......
It’s not really £100 off as it is £299 just about everywhere. Good phone though so hot from me
Can’t believe that this phone is £349 from 🍏 with a 12 month guarantee when you can buy it from JL for £299 with a 24 month guarantee.....

They come with IOS 10. I updated mine to the latest version of IOS 11 this month when I first got mine. No issues for me with update.
I wouldn't buybiphone. Apple are being sued for purposely slowing older phones down to generate salea for new phones!

Apple deliberately slows your phone down over time…

And they say it is to "save the battery" which is utter cobblers - a performance hit in order to "encourage" people to upgrade. If the battery does degrade, let the punters take their phones into the iSheep stores to have them replaced as they're clearly not fit for purpose.

Please check here for the full story.

Good phone not slow or laggy, No problems here on latest IOS 11 on this 2016 IPhone SE (one of the fastest and stablest devices I have ever had!)

No they don’t!

it is to prevent older devices (iPhone 4, 5) shutting down suddenly, that have age related (degraded)battery performance.

and Android deliberately makes your phone obsolete with their updates even though your phone could handle it!

How about Sony Xperia Z stuck on Android KitKat, even thought it has quad core cpu a 2gb Ram so it could easily handle much more modern versions of the (Linux based) OS!

Ordered... hopefully goes well......
I just want to verify that, when your phone’s battery is getting bad, your phone may really get very very slow after the recent updates.

My iPhone 6s is one of them. It now gets really very slow at times and is no longer usable.
