This phone just keeps getting cheaper by the day! Yes it ships from China but for a saving of over £200 I wouldn't mind waiting for a few days!

General consensus from the site is that it takes a long time or won't arrive at all. Just order through credit card (not through Paypal as you lose rights, see here) and any issues just phone them up and cancel it. Job done.

Still has a higher rating than John Lewis! And they're praised to high heaven on here!

Like I said just use credit card and if it doesn't arrive dispute it.

Ok sometimes a little wait but a lesson in patience don’t kill no one. In the end me has nice things and me pay nice price. No brainer. IMO

Ordered an ipad from these guys before christmas took one week couldn't have been easier.
Really ! EGlobalcentral, £782.99 , Why would you . Now I know this chap ,he's a Nigerian prince -honest and .....................................
Do you still get Apply warranty here in the UK? Does anyone have experience of this?
Ordered once from EGlobal Central but never again - totally useless, terrible customer support - waited weeks and nothing turned up. They don't reply to emails, won't refund when goods don't arrive - fortunate I bought via PayPal who got me the refund in the end BUT the stress isn't worth it.

What’s the deal with warranties etc? Looks a bit 🐟 to me
That’s an amazing price, however if the Apple warranty doesn’t apply here in the UK then it might not be as good of a deal. If anyone could claim the VAT back then John Lewis would be the best with two years warranty.
Just been looking into this and you would be liable for VAT when the shipment came into UK Customs if it was checked. Basically that’s your 22% saving gone and now you have a Chinese phone with no warranty!

I'd definitely buy from eglobal again..I purchased an ipad on the 22nd and it turned up today 26th!

People saying they've bought before without problems from this company is all well and good. But if you're spending nearly £800 with company abroad, then it's a very different story for me. £20 spend? No problem. £50? Fine. £100? OK. £200? Maybe. £782.99? No ta
They are stopping making this phone soon apparently...

All items ordered from them arrived in less than a week. No issues. Now when I had an item go faulty, that's when there were issues. Read their T&C's very carefully as it's to do with where they source the items...

I'd read Apples terms as I'm sure this discussion has been had before re Apple and buying from someone like eglobal and I'm pretty sure it says the warranty is with country it was sourced from.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

I speak from experience regarding the warranty - I bought an iPhone 6S second hand, which later developed a fault. Upon checking the Apple warranty site it was indicated that the phone was still under warranty, so I booked a genius appointment and the Apple employee agreed to replace the phone but upon checking the serial number could not do this because the phone originated from Hong Kong. I was advised that the individual iPhone models vary slightly across the world, which I verified by researching the internet afterwards. I managed to get a refund from the seller but wouldn’t run this risk again!
Cheaper by the day OP? Where is next cheapest? Might buy from there if the risk is lower or wait until tomorrow for the better deal

Looked at feedback and took a chance. Bought a phone in November came within 5 days. Bought iPad just before xmas delivered in 6 days. No problems at all. Very happy. Pay by credit card, fill in the order form correctly.
Tracking is DPD and very accurate.

I have bought a phone in Nov no problems, then bought iPad Dec no problems. Just for your information.
The iPhone warranty is absolutely not international. I can state that categorically, having read various warranties Apple has available on their website. The reason for this is that different parts of the world, and indeed sometimes individual countries have different iPhone hardware that look identical to the UK model but have different cellular bands etc.

If you buy an iPhone in the EU it can be serviced anywhere in the EU plus Switzerland. If you buy an iPhone anywhere else in the world, Apple at its own discretion may restrict warranty service. It seems this is likely to be done if the model number is different to the model number of the UK model.

Not the information I was asking for, but thanks.
Cold not because it’s Apple; purchased Apple TV 4K, had no communication contacted several times, went back to PayPal and disputed it, in the end I got a refund but no contact was made from the company in the 3 weeks I was waiting for the item.
This site baffles me, I put a deal up for eglobal a few days ago with around 25% on Apple Watch’s as was shot down in flames as £250 was too much to risk. This is nearly £800 and gets heat!

Personally I think I would take the risk if I was in the market for this. Worst case scenario take out insurance on it (as you should anyway on a phone of this price) if it breaks and Apple won’t cover chances are the insurance will. If it doesn’t arrive at all then just claim on your credit card (they may also cover if it becomes defective and eglobal won’t help

That's not exactly true, best not give out advice if you're uncertain! I have experience in this before you ask.
Good price but my issue with this deal is that you likely don’t get Apple support, which in my opinion, is one of the major reasons to buy an Apple product

It is not necessarily true that warranty lies in the country the product is sources from. I have purchased Apple products from Malaysia and I have been able to bring it back, register it to my UK iCloud account and use the Apple Genius Bar for warranty, no problem. However, this is honoured to up to one year. Product purchased in the EU have warranties honoured up to 2 years (minor terms and conditions) and for products directly purchased from Apple UK you can avail yourself to the protection of the CRA which Apple honour almost without fuss for up to 6 years, unlike every other retailer (including John Lewis) who will fight tooth and nail not to honour their obligations under the law.

As do I!

I'm not uncertain, if I am uncertain I refrain from commenting or qualify the comment.

I bought an iPhone 6s plus from eglobal early 2016, later on in the year it developed a fault. I took it to my nearest apple store and was given a new phone to replace it.

Please stop trying to patronise.

Wouldn’t touch eglobal with a barge pole. So many if those reviews are fake.

Yes you coukdnyse a credit credit card and disparate but it would take weeks or months to get your cash back.

You pay customs charges on ANYTHING over a certain value sent from ANYWHERE outside the EU.

Ubless the company you are buying from have guaranteed you won’t oaybcharges there is a good chance you will get charged. You can of course get away with it but there’s no guarantee
If it is coming outside EU your phone can be stopped at customs and you may have to pay tax on it
iPhone warranties arnt international, well they weren’t when I picked up my iPhone 6 in the states and had a problem here.
I bought an iPad from this website. The order status was pending for around 2 weeks. I had to involve PayPal as they did not respond to any of my email. Finally got the iPad delivered after a week of escalating the case. Ipad came with uk adaptor as the plug is Chinese, I guess. I don’t think I will use them again.

I'm not trying to patronise you, I am merely stating that that will not always be the case.
I also ordered an IPad before Christmas and have had to escalate this via PayPal as I never received my order:
