Judging from the other iPhone X 'deals' on here, I'm not exactly expecting this to go red hot, but this is the cheapest I've seen it for nothing upfront - so I guess it might suit somebody!?

£64 a month on Vodafone. Silver and grey...

Just the £1,536 over the two years contract LOL

That's weird. I Guess HUKD kills tracking on the URL or something. I clicked through from tech radar and that seemed to work?

techradar.com/new…als

What's the tariff? There is one with 26gb and unlimited texts/minutes for £56 a month and £100 up front which works out at £1,444. Still awful.

Its a notch above, is the X.

Ha! Starting to feel a little chilly over here.... BBBBBBRRRRRRRR

Ridiculous price for a phone. Not dissing the deal.

Think apple are taking the mickey (I use an iPhone).

This is is what the iPhone 8 should be, instead they are ripping their customers off. In way hope the phone fails, though pretty sure it won’t.

Im an android user but why are iX deals getting shot down? The phone is worth 1k and any tarrif will be on top..youre not going to get this for free and £15 a month.

It seems only phones sold on gearbest etc get any heat on hukd.

Yes the iX is expensive but so is the Note 8 and Pixel XL 2.

I have to agree, I’ve had the 4 & 5, currently using an iPhone 6 (also have an iPad Air) & was planning to upgrade to Apple’s latest handset but they’ve taken it too far with the pricing on the X as I'd say it’s at least £200 overpriced. lus the lack of the fingerprint scanner is a step backwards if you ask me, regardless of what they’re saying about the iris scanner

More like what? What do the current flagships have that the iX doesnt? In my opinion its around 100-150 more expensive than it should be but then you are paying that bit extra for the Apple branding and software.

Is it worth more than 7x my phone? NO. Am I getting anything better than my 20£ a month tariff? NO

Is it 7x faster than my current phone? NO. Can I do 7x more work than I can on my current phone? NO

Is it 7x more likely to be stolen than my current phone? YES.

I really doubt any phone can justify £500 but what do I know.

That is true, but with how prices are going these days 500 plus is what you have to pay for a good flagship phone these days, especially if you want a really good screen and great camera.

I used to buy Googles Nexus phones as they were great for the price but even Google has gone the way of flagship prices.

Not if you know what you are doing. The £200 P2 has battery life, great screen and a decent camera. And the S8 has the most advanced screen/features yet can be had at £500.

Plus theres loads of high end Chinese brands near £100, just dont expect updates.
I used to describe the iPhone as being Volvo like but its now way too quirky for that.

Id probably disagree with that. The S8 was near 700 on release so was still a plus 500 phone. The phone has been out quite a few months now so price is not really comparable.

The P2 is a budget phone and can only really be compared to the likes of the similarly priced Moto phones. Camera is not good aswel as other things. Its priced for what it is.

I wouldnt go with Chinese phones that can only be ordered from Chinese websites as no much chance of warranty and risk of loss during transit.

I do like the Huawei P10 phones, but even they were around £650 on release.

In terms of tech you do have to pay for better quality or feature set hence the reason flagship Samsungs, LG's, Google phones and iphones are so expensive.

HEAT!! for the bare cheek of posting an iPhone X ‘deal’ on HUKD’s.

My iPhone X arrives tomorrow, I’m £1149 lighter, but I honestly do not care less. It’s only money

Virgin are doing it for £37 a month and free handset.

Like I said, you need to know what you are doing, and therefore, where the reviews are coming from.

There no point in arguing with what reviews say, is there? The iPhone is safe if you can safely afford the spendS.

Im not arguing your points. Just stating that budget phones dont compare to flagship phones. Ive tried budget and midrange and ended up going for a S7 Edge last year, which also was expensive on release.

I just dont get the cold votes on every iphone deal even when the deal itself is decent considering the price of the phone. If the iX can be had cheaper elsewhere then it does warrant cold votes.

The iPhone 6 Plus at a sensible £260 got to 935.

But even there people argued about the quality, when really, no one but knows how many really fail.

i have honor 9, Got it for £380 brand new, Brilliant phone, Lovely colors, Good Android OS, Good Camera, Best finger print scanner iv used. Also control Tvs, radios etc with IR sensor. worth a look at if people dont want to pay much for alot features

Crazy to think i can buy 3-4 of these phones for price of this crazy iphone X.

Has anyone realized they copied Samsung S8 and Copied Sony Xperia X Theme. Apple are a joke!!

If samsung can sell S8 for £500, still make profit, just shows how much profit Apple is making

Not really, the S8 keeps the traditional features. Plus the AMOLED on the X is the cut down version. Even the S6 was higher resolution than this.

The problem is if you fall too far behind with your phone it’s gonna cost you even more when you decide to get the latest on offer further down the line.
