Be treated as third rate customer , on lower priority by EE because you are on their cheaper plan not higher paying 5G or EE Max or BT plan.

I'm sorry but as an EE essential customer myself, I've never had these issues. Data always been fast and available, even in congested areas.

Edit: just did a test.

What’s the difference between an EE essentials vs a non EE essentials?

Try it at the busy train station in rush hours. Internet almost stops.
GAWD, ordered this morning with £30 discount. Have cancelled the order and ordered again with the new discount code so no upfront cost! thank you Just hope they dont send me two phones now lol
Oh good deal... Don’t suppose there is a similar deal but the 128gb? There are so many EE ones listed and I’ve tried the promo code on a couple...? Any help appreciated

I’m on EE max and invariably the same happens at busy stations, not just an essentials plan problem, more capacity. Good price OP
If I’ve got two old phones running a 12 month EE sim only contract that ran out last month, how do I go about getting onto this? Can I just take this up and use the PUK code, and that would cancel the old contract and transfer number across? Or do I have contact EE first to cancel and then get this after?
Ok this has got me, I've been looking at buying the wife a new phone for her birthday, she's a slave to Apple. However I'd like her to keep her sim only 3 deal and I will take this contract on as it is pretty much what my bills have been on a 3 deal of late and my data usage has significantly increased of late. Is it possible to get this phone, unlock it and swap the sims around?

Would love to know the answer to this as I’m in the exact same situation

I’ve been a slave to every other iPhone... but stuck to the 7 for a long time, but reckon I could sneak this past the wife (I can’t just upgrade mine she would catch on to that!)
Was just on the phone with EE and what they’re saying is if you’re out of contract then you ring them and tell them that you want to move to pay as you go and after 30 days you then ring back and ask for the puk code which will then enable you to use that against this new number

🏻 so there would be a period of paying two contracts effectively. One of them but may bite at this

You can do that, or they should be able to just supply the PAC, which will automatically cancel that contract in 30 days. Not sure if the conversion to PAYG is really necessary? Will need to look into this clearly

I'll take the spare phone if you don't want it

I'd like to know if these phones come unlocked too
never used buymobile.net... this is not a cashback offer is it?

Nope no cashback on this

I think you'd need to ask. I know android handsets typically come network locked even when sealed (my p20 pro did) but not sure about iPhones

thanks .. very tempting in that case
For wvwryone asking about unlocking, ee lock phones to network and you can’t unlock until 6 months into contract for £15 or £20 I can’t remember exactly or after the contract ee unlock them automatically.
Has anyone got this code to work on any other network deal?
How do I get it for other colours, the link goes to black but when I search for it the price goes up to £38?
Weird, I don't know how the OP gets that link as searching for it comes up as £36 or £38 but changing the url and bingo...

This seems to be an exclusive hukd deal only works when you go through link on here. When i bought it actually said on invoice £33@hukd
Does the iphone have wireless charging
Does anyone know what version of iOS this comes installed with please?

Just ordered mine. considered paying the extra £10pm for the 11 but decided it probably wasn't worth it for my usage.
Ordered Saturday, arrived yesterday, son very happy - I had called Virgin to try and price match but they wanted £53 for the same deal and they sounded shocked when I declined!
Ordered for the mother, thanks OP!
Same price give us unlimited data please 😁
I would advise anyone to get the X over XR
a 64gb phone doesn’t make sense in 2019. Honestly waste of money unless you don’t plan on taking photos or playing music on it
