Came across this deal on Uswitch for an IPhone XR 64 gb with unlimited data, minutes and texts on Vodafone via Mobilephonesdirect.co.uk £32 a month. Total price £768.
Looks like a good deal to me and best I’ve seen for unlimited data.

2Mbps download speed on this. Not the best
2mb download speed.
Sorry didn’t notice the 2mbps download speed. Do they really throttle it to that low?
great phone this
What’s the deal with it stating 2mbps as a feature... that’s not a feature it’s the death knell surely for connectivity in heading into 2020...?!

Yes, it is a strange one. If it is wrong then it really is a good deal but if it’s right then I’ve posted a rubbish one!
I might think of buying a 5G iPhone next year when Apple get 5G . 4G IPhones will be a toast and drop heavily in price.

Weird one, all (that I've checked) of the other Vodafone contracts have 'Unlimited' download speeds.

It’s still there is you go via Uswitch but not if you go via the link above. When I posted the deal I pu tbe Uswitch link but HUKD changed it to be the direct link to Mobilephonesdirect. I assume that’s because if you go via Uswitch then Uswitch get the click through payments?

Why are people crying about download speeds
what do you actually “download” on your phone?
2mps is more than adequate for streaming and grabbing music off iTunes and the like, use your pc or console for actual downloading
Looks like if you go ahead and try to purchase it, there’s an upfront cost of £150.99 not displayed on the uSwitch website. Anyone else having this issue?

This just isn't true. 2mbps will show noticable lag in almost all data heavy applications.

Instagram photo/video loading, YouTube streaming, Snapchat stories or videos, iPlayer, high definition Spotify...

It will buffer and stutter and anything above 320kbps or 1080p will be delayed.
