Amazing price for last years £1249 Flagship iPhone XS Max 64gb from a great company

Showcasing Apple’s largest ever phone screen display, the iPhone XS Max is designed to maximise the impact of media and apps. It features a 6.5” OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) screen, with a powerful A12 processor and pin-sharp 428 pixels per inch screen density. The custom-built OLED panel provides industry-leading colour accuracy, true blacks, and remarkable brightness and contrast. There’s a new level of water resistance too, with a highly durable glass screen to resist scratches.

Out with the old
The iPhone XS Max features a sumptuous 6.5” OLED Super Retina Display. To give an uninterrupted front display, Apple has done away with the Home button; technophobes need not worry, however – thanks to Face ID, it takes just a glance to unlock your phone or a gentle swipe up to access features.

Designed for living
iPhone XS Max is rated IP86 for water resistance, meaning it’s water resistant up to 2 metres for 30 minutes and is sealed with a precision-fitted surgical-grade stainless steel band. The glass covering the screen is also highly resistant to scratches, so you can just get on with using the device as intended.

Brilliant bionic
The A12 Bionic chip is a six-core CPU powerhouse, which gives you fantastic performance as well as energy efficiency. With Apple’s next-generation Neural Engine, it uses real-time machine learning to transform the way you use your apps. It’s up to 15% faster and 50% more energy efficient than the previous generation A11 chip. The 4 core GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is up to 50% faster than the A11 chip when using visually demanding apps, like games and video editing.

Fantastic photos
Thanks to its improved 12-megapixel, wide-angle and telephoto cameras and faster sensor, your iPhone XS Max is even better at shooting photos and videos. Using Apple’s Image Signal Processor and the A12 chip’s Neural Engine, it unlocks new creative possibilities. Features include Smart HDR, bringing more highlight and shadow details to your photos; Bokeh background blur for standout portrait shots and all-new Depth Control to adjust the depth of field after the photo has been taken. Additionally, you can shoot 4K video up to 60 frames per second (fps) and 1080p slow motion up to 240fps.

iOS 12
Designed to make your iPhone experience faster and more responsive, iOS 12 makes it faster to do everyday tasks - for example, swiping to camera is up to 70% faster than previous iPhones, and the keyboard displays up to 50% faster than previous models. You can FaceTime with up to 32 people at once, with tiles that automatically expand as people talk. There are smarter ways to manage notifications and settings, intelligent shortcuts to pair your daily routine with the apps you use, and better privacy management when browsing the web.

Thanks to iOS 12 and iCloud, you can connect your Apple products automatically and make your everyday tasks easier. For example, stream videos from your iPhone XS Max to your television via your Apple TV 4K; everything's synced, so all your devices have the latest information.

What is augmented reality?
AR can cleverly merge information and digital objects with the environment around you, directly onto your phone screen. (If you’ve ever played or seen Pokémon Go, you have experienced AR already.) When looking at your phone screen, this ingenious technology enables you to see (for example) handy navigation arrows on a street – aiding you towards a set location or you could view and then shoot virtual aliens as they invade your living room.

iOS12 is compatible with ARKit 2, unlocking more immersive AR experiences for app developers. AR objects can now be sent with Messages and Mail and viewed in the real world, while a new AR app called Measure helps you measure real-world objects just by pointing your camera at them.

What is SIM free?
You'll receive the iPhone without having to commit to any network, leaving you free to decide which SIM card to use in the device. This gives you the opportunity to find the most suitable plan, whether that’s contract or pay-as-you-go, throughout the lifetime of the phone. You also have the option to add a foreign SIM card, so you can use the device overseas.

Top tip: as this mobile phone is supplied SIM free and unlocked, you have access to SIM only deals – these usually offer far better value for money. (Please search: ‘SIM only deals best price’. Add the price of the smartphone above to the cost of a SIM only deal for 12/24 months – now compare this amount to the same smartphone purchased on a contract for 12/24 months, for eye-opening results.) You also have the option to add a foreign SIM card, so you can use this device overseas for less as well.

Nice price and only a little more
( £669 ) for the 256GB.
I’d be all over this if I don’t already own one.
Have some heat.

Is this the good iPhone?
Extremely good price
Prices going to topple however so I would wait from Black Friday or the like perhaps a better deal then.

To make it clear, the 11 has an LCD screen. A step backwards. It also means battery won't last as long as if it had an OLED.

?? It’s not LCD
The iPhone 11 comes with a new screen that’s an OLED-based display with a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 1200nits brightness, one of the most advanced screens ever shipped on an iPhone. Trust me, I have one and the screen is much brighter compared my my XS Max

I swapped my Xs Max for the 11. Massive difference in terms of the camera processor speed and battery life.
Ok you don’t get the OLED screen but to my can’t really tell for the average everyday user.
Glad I swapped.
Oh and 6 hours on screen time by the end of the day and I still have around 40% battery remaining.

Are you not referring to the 11 ‘Pro’? The discussion above only mentioned the ‘11’ which is at a similar price point to this deal and has an LCD display...

Apologise, didn’t take time to read the detail. iPhone 11 LED, iPhone 11 Pro 0LED
I’ve had a XS Max 256gb since release day, bought direct from Apple.

Brilliant handset and great size but never been worth the £1249 I stupidly paid for it, no phone is worth that but all top end handsets from most manufacturers are around £1k these days.

If you can get one in a very good condition, not sure what grade B is but think it’s not brilliant then you’ve got a reight bit of kit for a decent price.

I’m actually looking for 2 Apple handsets for wife & junior but the prices are crackers

Not heard of the company flogging it though but others may have

You could always send it back if allowed.

Good luck

That’s what I viewed it at last night, there were only 2 in stock when I viewed the 256GB - Grade B and unlocked. Guess it’s gone up in price.
Any musicmagpie 10% extra codes knocking about for selling phones though not iPads etc
64Gig of storage is just a joke these days. At least go for the 256Gig.
Would it have a new battery? That's my main concern with a used phone.

The thing is does everyone notice a difference? I know I don’t.
The ‘LCD’ screen suits my needs just fine. While I prefer to have the newer processor and camera of an 11.
Yeah good price but that storage is a big no. After apps and OS youll have like 35-40GB left. Few podcast, bit of music, bit of TV and you won't have any space for photos. Which then you have to be questioning why are you even buying the phone if not for it's photography and screen etc.

The's will be returns or ex display models. The battery won't be new.

For what? You’re not going to get one with a new battery in for anything close to this price, u less you buy a brand new one.

I'll take my chances and wait for Black Friday.
Apparently the code 5OFFSFS will knock a fiver off, so basically give you free P&P.
