Go through the following link to get an iPod shuffle for £20.

All you need to do is wager £20 on something, and you qualify.

If you win, then it's a bonus, and you get a shuffle too.
If you don't win, hard luck. Shuffle for £20 is still good.

At the time of posting, they were also offering double your deposit up to £100. So deposit £20, and you'll have a £40 balance to try to win a bit of cash on top of the shuffle

btm.gcapmedia.com/go.…4CB

Good luck !

(You can also go through quidco rather than the link above to get £20 cashback if you'd prefer £20 cash to a shuffle)

**Post changed to reflect changes in deal.

(The deal that I posted originally was correct at the time of posting, I even rang up JPJ to check the details. The fact that they have now turned round and changed what they told me in the first place isn't on really, but this new deal blurb is what is actually true.)

cant find Jackpot Joy on quidco.

Try typing just "Jackpot".

It's the first one.

Quidco's search is very particular at times.

i did, but it didnt come up

quidco.com/jac…oy/

If I were going to do this I'd put in an extra quid or so and put it on 0 (green).

Quidco can (and often is) invalidated by the use of a code such as this.

there is always greasypalm, which i think it £20, and it got validated within days for me.

I've searched and it came up right away.

It's listed as "jackpotjoy" in quidco.

Make sure "Hide gambling related merchants" is unticked in your personal settings in Quidco.

Here if still no joy: quidco.com/jac…oy/

I guess that's gambling sites hidden. Try logging OUT of quidco and searching. (obviously not clicking through)

Maybe im being a bit dumb (no change there!) but im confused about a couple of things..
It says in there t&cs that bonus money will not be given along side any other promo- so is it ipod OR matched money? Also 4 times original stake has to be deposited before withdrawal and roulette cannot be one of the games included??? Might be reading it wrong tho!
edit: Right see im wrong about the games but still confused about the 4x your deposit part???

EDIT: the post above may blow holes in this deal - best may be a free iPod with a possible £20 quidco.

If I may, I can improve the odds - put £10 cash on red, £10 cash on black (you get £20 back - £10 stake + £10 win) and cover green with the £20 free money - you should be very happy then if green wins (£200++ I reckon).

This way, the worst you get is an ipod for £0 & the best is £200++, £20 quidco & an ipod.

Already have a jackpotjoy account, so no good to me, but good luck!

Tried registering but it says my card number is already in their database - just realised I signed up to their free Deal or no Deal DVD offer a few months back

Voted hot, I too would recommend sticking an extra £1 into your account to cover the green, that way you are covered from all angles.

I rang to confirm these T+C and the adviser told me that the 4 times original stake refers to the free bet.

So you'd have to stake the free £20 4 times on something other than routlette before you could withdraw it.

You are free to withdraw your money, and any winnings you have from the free money at any time.

But, those terms and conditions do imply that it is slightly different to what the advisor said.

great deal, heat and repped, many thanks.

Please remember,

Even if jackpot joy do not allow you to withdraw before playing through your £20 four times, it still means that you've got an iPod for £20.

And if quidco tracks, then it's cost you nothing

I dont like to be a pessimist- i genuinely want to do this lol but is this best case scenario with worst being 1. quidco doesnt pay ( happened before on many gambling sites) 2. no ipod ( as cant have matched money and free gift as per t&cs) and 3. you have to gamble 4x and end up loosing everything???
Im sorry if it seems like im pouring cold water on this, im really not- i soooo want to do it but im just a cautious gal

sorry what does cover the green mean? so you mean £10 black + £10 red + £20 on green (anywhere?)?

everybody becareful because the withdrawal requirement excludes bets on roulette !!!!

I've just cashed out £262 minus the £20 bonus money played roulette which dosent count towards the £160 and then changed to HiLo not bad for 10 minutes work and hopefully will get the shuffle and quidco as well.

Edit. forgot to mention my original stake was £40- £20 from me plus £20 bonus money.

That's gotta be worth some rep :-D

Well done mate.

You do, IIRC, have the option of not taking the bonus money when you sign up. I seem to recall doing that when I signed up.

BTW - where's the confirmation / any details of this shuffle offer to be found?

I did phone them up, and they confirmed that as long as "shuffle" is entered into the promo box, a shuffle would be send automatically when £20 is wagered.

So the genuinely worst case scenario is that quidco doesn't track and you get a shuffle for £20.

But chances are that you'll land the roulette ball on red or black and therefore costing you less.

Surely the chances are that you will loose the £20. With the green ball the odds are slightly against you. I am tempted to tryu this as a shuffle for £20 is a good deal , BUT i am just to cautious.

The free shuffle offer was originally posted by Spendaholic Chick on MSE, but after I posted the more detailed offer, a mod removed her post.

Still in google's cache: 64.233.183.104/sea…=uk

I couldn't find any confirmation of the deal anywhere either, so I phoned them directly, and they gave futher details, confirming that £20 had to be wagered.

I'm sure if you phone yourself, they will say the same. (Geographic number is on saynoto0870.com)

Heat added for making me wonder!!!

deposited £21. Stuck £20 on red, £20 on black and £2 on green. Landed on black and I now have £40 in my account but get this message...

"Sorry we are not able to process your withdrawal at this time.
In order to make a withdrawal you need to wager another £168.00 as outlined in the Bonus Terms & Conditions."

How did they distinguish between which of my stakes was my money and which was bonus and so has to be played through a number of times?

Righty.

This seems to confirm what the T+C's are.

To be able to withdraw funds won from the bonus, you have to play the winnings 4 times on a game other than Blackjack, Roulette, Jacks or Better, Progressive Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, Five Hand Video Poker, Deuces Wild VP, Aces and Faces, Deuces and Joker VP or Colour Wheel.

I will change the OP to reflect this.

me too - got £60 in the account and cannot withdraw ?

hello all!

i have just registered with jackpot joy and entered the 'shuffle' code in the promotional box. i've also deposited £20, played a game of roulette and withdrawn my money but how do i know if i am getting the Ipod Shuffle i mean do they email to confirm, do i have to do something else to claim it or do they simply just send it to my door some time soon?

also no sign of quidco processing anything to do with jackpot joy yet but it's probably early days!

4 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

This bonus is a first time sign up bonus that is applied to members FIRST DEPOSIT ONLY. This cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion nor can it be given to future deposits.

4.1 In the event a member deposits an amount that does not qualify for a bonus they will NOT be able to claim the bonus on subsequent deposits that would have qualified for a bonus.

4.2 Qualifying players will have their account credited with the bonus providing their deposit meets the minimum and maximum deposit requirements.

So if you deposit £20 and you get a bonus of £20 = £40 x 4 = £160 you have to wager before you can check money out and it cant be on any of the games listed above

4.3 The following types of bonus are defined as follows: EXACT BONUS - Bonus amount is a fixed value. CASH MATCH EXACT - Bonus amount is equal to the player's deposit. CASH MATCH PERCENTAGE - Bonus amount is a percentage of the player's deposit. A 50% Cash Match would be a bonus equal to half the player's deposit. PRIZE POINT BONUS - Player receives 1000 prize points for every pound / dollar etc they deposit.

4.4 Players are allowed ONE active account. Winnings will only be processed to players who have one account. If a player has more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on a players account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, all winnings for that account will be VOID. Any abuse or fraudulent activity or any bonuses awarded or offered, will result in the account to be closed and any winnings will immediately be VOID.

4.5 Members are required to wager FOUR times the total amount deposited (member deposit [capped at the maximum potential promotional bonus amount] + promotional bonus) BEFORE it will be possible to make a withdrawal. Wagers made on Blackjack, Roulette, Jacks or Better, Progressive Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, Five Hand Video Poker, Deuces Wild VP, Aces and Faces, Deuces and Joker VP and Colour Wheel will not contribute to the wagering requirements with respect to the withdrawal of funds.

4.6 All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only. No withdrawal will be honoured for an amount less than the sign up bonus. Upon a member's FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from the members account prior to settlement.

4.7 The initial amount wagered by a member will be deducted from their initial deposit(s) rather than from the bonus amount. In all cases a member must make a withdrawal (or spend the bonus) within fourteen days from when the bonus was credited or such bonus credits will be deducted from your play balance at our sole discretion.

4.8 All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. The Operator reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Operator reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

4.9 By participating in this bonus, you agree to be bound by these rules and to the decisions of the Operator (whose decisions are final and binding in all respects). This bonus is subject to our official Terms and Conditions, which shall be binding in all cases. You must comply at all times with the standards and/or laws in any jurisdiction where you are located or residing.

4.10 Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole responsibility. If you have any further questions regarding this promotion, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

4.11 The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide additional bonuses or complimentary payments to players either applied directly to the account or through mechanisms such as offering the facility for players to participate in bonus games. The application of a bonus or "comp" to a player's account or the offering of bonus games does not oblige the Operator to make any similar payment or offer to any other player.

It's down to you to double check it's your money your betting not the posters!

Hmm, noone actually read the t&c's.

Members are required to wager FOUR times the total amount deposited (member deposit [capped at the maximum potential promotional bonus amount] + promotional bonus) BEFORE it will be possible to make a withdrawal. The following games are excluded from meeting these wagering requirements:

Multi-hand, and single-hand video poker.
Blackjack
Roulette
Any wagering on these games will NOT be included as part of a members wagering requirements with respect to the withdrawal of funds.

So in other words you cant withdraw anything until you've bet £80. 4 * (your deposit + the bonus) and betting on roulette doesnt count towards it.

As I did state in the original post before adding more details...

"The worst case scenario is that you'll get an iPod for £20"

This should be acceptable before you go through with the deal.

This restriction on withdrawl only applies to funds won with the bonus cash.

Any funds that are your own are free to be withdrawn at any time.

You must wager another £119.38 in order to meet the wager requirements of this bonus.

Up to £68 in my account, getting closer :-D
