I have been using this company for the last 4-5 years & out of around 80-90 parcels sent have only had 1 a day late. fantastic service, especially receiving a message to let you know what time your item will be collected which is free of charge. overall excellent!!

Too much crap information in here. Nobody ever posts on feedback when it's positive, only negative. For me, I've used these a few times and always been "worried" because of everybody else calls this company bad, but for me, they've delivered perfectly every time and the receiver has never had an issue.

I used to send high value electronics using UPS via http://clickandsendparcel.com/

Price was similar with signature on delivery for about £9-odd all in. That was for upto 30kg though not sure how much extra it may cost for larger items. I had a few issues (nothing major) and when contacting them to find out what's going on they were always quick and polite when replying.

Hope it helps if anyone's unsure about using ipostparcels.

I think only interparcel UPS premium service offers guaranteed collections which is the only thing i'd go for after having collections not picked up (mainly by parcel force) and no empathy at all from the brocker (Parcel2Go)

These guys are worse than Yodel an MyHermes put together - and that's something. They do not show up, and then only refund when you threaten with PayPal dispute. Awful!

just sent a 2.1 kg parce via l royal mail cheapest post was 12.98 wont be using them again

Been sending a parcel via Royal Mail first class, signed for (not even next day) and it costs £22.35, would be £7.79 with these for next day, will try them next week, thanks

This company ( its actually Business Post) are much better than Hermes in my experience. This is a next-day service.
You can drop at their depots ( if one is near) and save £1 .

The parcels don't come in the back of someone's car like they often do with hermes.

Didn't realise John Cena delivered parcels!

i used myhermes and those drop shop paces...both cheaper with parcel2go and hermes pick up from the door too if you dont mind waiting in all day.

And by miles if you ship more than 1 parcel or can drop them off.On the rare occassion the dimension limits are a problem, I can drop back to another courier if it makes sense.

Such issues occasionally happen with all delivery companies. UKMAIL are … Such issues occasionally happen with all delivery companies. UKMAIL are pretty good in my experience. Certainly not like Yodel for instance.Sounds like you might have one bad driver in Manchester.

One bad driver?, this review website begs to differ

1.2 out of 5 rating from 190 ratings, i know a large portion of happy customers will not write a review, but 1.2 out of 5 is awful considering you have to give a minimum of 1 out of 5 in order to write a review (cant give 0), effectively they are rated 0.2 out of 4
