Find it weird people selling on eBay for years and not once having an issue with Royal Mail. I had quite a few when I sold on there. Also our postie likes to open parcels and have a peek. He’s stolen things and been reported numerous times and Royal Mail do zilch.
I used uk mail once never again , my parcel arrived crushed and 2 days late , Royal Mail is the one to be trusted in future
Watch out, they are bums! They delivered my package to a wrong address in France. The buyer claimed for the loss and was refunded around £350.I also had a lost parcel worth approx. £200. Ipostparcels kept on saying the package has been delivered. The buyer went out of their way and obtained me the GPS location it was delivered from the courier in France. It was approx. 10 addresses away. Ipostparcels would not have any of it. Insisted that it has been delivered, sent me a signature etc. 10-20 emails later, nothing. No help whatsoever. Said someone will look into it. A few weeks went by and a member of staff who did not know anything about this case emailed me saying my package is at this address and i have 48hr to arrange collection. I informed them of the situation and they said they will collect it and return it to me. A few days later the buyer said the missing package has just been delivered to them! So i have a buyer who has the package and has not paid for it. I informed ipostparcels again. They said, wait for it......... It has been delivered. What idiots! I informed them of the situation again and guess what, no response since. This was last year so i gave up. The buyer never returned the package to me and i lost out. I had to use ipostparcels again as a last resort and this time they lost another package going roughly the same cost. This time it came back and it appears that it never left the country, perhaps they undercharged for it and refused to honour the order. Again i lost out on the sale and was stuck with hard to sell goods this time. It appears the staff will send you in circles and hope that eventually you will give up like I did. I recommend parcels2go. DPD has never let me down.
