These bring back memories of when I was a metalworker in the 70's. The ones I had were by a company called Record Tools, quality stuff from them back in the day.

Irwin Bought Record (and Stanley bought Irwin)
Good for car brake calipers. Bizarrely difficult to buy in the other mickey mouse DIY stores - these days it's all plastic hand grips without the extension bar to torque it up
