This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I've played the base game and for that plus the expansions this is great value. Had great fun playing this.

8.1 on BGG

Istanbul: Big Box is the All-in-1 package for Istanbul, including the base game as well as both expansions, Mocha & Baksheesh and Letters & Seals. This combination also gives players the option to play on a big 5 x 5 tiles bazaar.

There's hustle and bustle at Istanbul's grand bazaar as merchants and their assistants rush through the narrow alleys in their attempt to be more successful than their competitors. Everything must be well organized: wheelbarrows must be filled with goods at the warehouses, then swiftly transported by the assistants to various destinations. Your goal? Be the first merchant to collect a certain number of rubies.

In Istanbul, you lead a group of one merchant and four assistants through 16 locations in the bazaar. At each such location, you can carry out a specific action. The challenge, though, is that to take an action, you must move your merchant and an assistant there, then leave the assistant behind (to handle all the details while you focus on larger matters). If you want to use that assistant again later, your merchant must return to that location to pick him up. Thus, you must plan ahead carefully to avoid being left with no assistants and thus unable to do anything...

Only played a couple of times but it was hilarious. Really enjoyed it and hopefully playing it again in a couple of weeks.
Oooh I've heard this is a good one but going to have to sit this one out, the board games industry should be paying you a small percentage for all these sales your getting them!
Still got Targi to open...

Haha I wish, still it nice to know people are finding the deals useful.
This is another fun game, a bit of a different take on worker placement as you have to move around leaving your assistant places to take actions.
Hope you enjoy Targi, I've never played it but was recommended by @sarb_singh1980 so must be good
This game is one of our staples and often go to it. Tonnes of great things about it. Only downside is the set up time though. Good price.
Keep the boardgame deals coming. Thx
I bought this but so far only played the base game. Definitely a good price and game
How do we know if this is a deal if no RRP is mentioned or comparison to other offer prices

Because I said so.
Joking aside, the only other places this is available from are not allowed on HUKD or foreign sellers. For that reason no NBP was added as not a fair comparison.
For comparison, the base version is available for about £29, so for less than £5 extra you get the two expansions as well.

It's a good price. But also £34 at Firestorm Games. Next nearest is £39 at Meeples Corner.

Neither of those were allowed on HUKD last time I tried posting deals from them.
I’m being offered £5 off this as a prime eligible purchase

I am tempted as we love the city so much (if you haven't been, I highly recommend going) and always stay there for a couple of days on the way back from our summer hols but... but... I'm going to stick to my guns and wait for Terra Mystica as I'm wanting something weightier.

EDIT: It's now showing at £35.15

Don't think you'll find terra mystica much cheaper than £34.95 you can get ot from chaos cards (using discount code feb-2) at the moment. Playboardgames and titan games have it for £1 more. The next cheapest after that is over £50

Thing is I'm giving myself 1 shelf and it is full so I will either have to get rid of something or make a special exception and as I currently have 3 unplayed games (Undaunted Normandy, Viticulture & Arkham Horror: The Card Game), buying Terra Mystica will just have to wait.

Have you not heard of the mighty Kallax?

I have but I already have an office with Ikea shelving and they are full of work stuff and Lego Star Wars sets and only one shelf is for board games.

Only one shelf.
Only one shelf.

If I say it often enough I might just believe it.

Haha I only have one shelf as well. That she knows about

The trick is to find a regular group and not buy anything that anyone else in your group has. It's the reason I don't own viticulture (even though I adore it) as in 2 groups that have 3 copies between them.

Done that way you tend to play a wide variety of stuff and can determine exactly which mechanics you prefer.

Hah I'm on there too, not bought anything yet. Don't know how I've resisted as seen loads of stuff and been so close a few times.
I just put a post on there asking if anyone knew of any groups near me and found 3. One of which I've been to and been added to the chat for the other 2.
I know you are on there too. While not the worst offender, you have cost me money in a good way :-)

I bought a 2nd hand copy of Agricola on there and love it. Such an amazing game but struggling to get enough play time with the limited group I have and my other commitments.

Still finding the posts useful @jayhutton10 - they test my will power! (Most of the time I dare not look at the HotUKDeals app for fear I succumb to temptation )

I have the big box now so it is surplus to requirements

I've got Carcasonne (plus river) and TTR Europe and they've barely been out their boxes. Just don't interest us at all.
