3201019.jpgTesco suitcases on offer I think were originally £45 down to £36. I have done some googling and it's the cheapest Iv seen for a 123litre capacity.
The one I bought was a silver grey material , with expander and has 4 wheels too. They did have the hard plastic suitcase and if I remember correctly I think they were even bigger in capacity. I prefer material just to squeeze that little bit more and not to take any damage.
Weight: 3.3 kg
Size: 80.5x 49 X 28 (Inc wheels and handle)
Litres: 123
Range: pyra-lite.
They also had cabin suitcases too@ £24 also came in champagne gold (cabin).

These are the best bags - I would not use anything else now - remember to keep the tags and receipt for your 10 year guarantee
Cheap for a reason, they’re crap We had 5 of them and they all broke, you might as well throw that guarantee in the trash with the case too as it doesn’t include anything.

Do yourselves a favour and get American tourister or samsonite and you won’t be replacing them every year or trip.
I bought them around 8 years ago, and yes the large one broke, but instead of throwing away, I decided to go to B&Q and buy a steel bar and replace it, as I got the large suitcase really cheap, the bar cost me no more than £2. Never had a problem since.
I would second these suitcases we use them for long and short trips - they fit inside each other for long haul and are so light it makes a huge difference. They seem to stand up to a fair bashing just as well as more expensive ones . Very useful for university students ours go back and forward about 12 times a year between them and get posted as well.

What is a steel bar, please?
Tesco was selling 147 litres Chevron range in these for £35 in January.

The frame of the suitcase are rods. The bottom one broke in two, so did some research and brought a steel rod (sorry not bar) and replaced it. Have not had any problems since.
