These don't last long and the guarantee isn't worth the paper that it's written on.
They will claim its handling damage.
Speaking from experience as I own a set of these and the bar in the big one snapped on it's 2nd trip abroad.

Way too flimsy. Huge compromise on quality on super-light luggage. It's inevitable it won't last. Prefer more solid, but slightly heavier better constructed suitcases.

The guarantee is worthless mind you. I've heard a customer bring in an IT suitcase back into a store, used once, in a mess...and staff pointing out all the clauses to show that they were not liable.

Voted hot for the price though.

I have the smaller size it case and it had been great for me tbh. The big bar feels flimsy but never had problems with it.
So far it's been on 6 flights and about 20 UK journeys in the car.

I got mine about 8yr ago mind you so don't know if build quality was different then.
I've had 2 of these in black and found them decent for a trip or 2 per year. Super light so means I can let my mrs pack a few extra pair of shoes lol.
Only worth getting the cabin size one for the occasional trip. The others will not survive a single journey in the luggage hold if flying. Way too flimsy in order to reach the low weights boasted.

Build quality back then was great.... The last few years they've changed the components slightly using absolutely abysmal parts. I've had one large case for 12 years and bar a few little rips on the fabric (I do stuff them to oblivion tbf) it's in perfect useable condition. As opposed to an equivalent one I bought 4 years ago, that got 3 snapped poles within 2 uses... I managed to talk some replacement poles out of their customer service 3 years ago (good luck that that, the warranty is useless and they claim every aspect of damage is 100% your fault) and the replacement poles snapped on the next outing. Shame, as the lightness of these cases is invaluable, but they literally don't make them like they used to.
