Thanks I really needed a video and a patronising post to understand scaling.
Not a great price but the monitor is good. Bought three for work and one personal and they are usually £200-215 new. Cheapest I bought one was £184.50 when there was a 10% ebay code from CCL computers.
because you don't understand how it works, let me enlighten you. This is why you need the right size monitor for the right size res so you can read it well or your asking for trouble in windows 10 when using scaling desktop, Mac does the UI scaling in native resolution very good, probably the best of any OS...
Yes same happened to me, I got a Dell optiplex desktop from ITC, great machine, I think when Dell sell them to ITC they remove the service tag from their system. My PC has a service tag but it is not recognised when I enter it on Dell's support page. ITC take on all aspects of warranty I think, that's the deal they have in place with Dell....but do consider that Dell give 3 year warranty on their monitors, or at least some of them...which you won't get from ITC.
I think some stuff they sell on to Dell authorised resellers gets removed from their database as a matter of course. I have experienced this.
