Clearly you never saw obi-wan go to Kamino.

You will feel the force with this..... the gale force winds

Anyone actually got one of these? If so, what's it like!

But when it's windy will it withstand the force?

I do want this but not sure if it's any good.

I put my money where my mouth is and bought one so shall report back.

Word to the wise, my son was electrocuted with one of these last spring. It cracked and electrocuted him in the rain.

Screw it, bought one.

Electronic components and heavy rain. What genius thought this thing up? oO It probably has a warning on it "Not for use in heavy rain". (_;)

Electrocuted? With the power coming from 3 AA batteries? I trust it wasn't fatal...

Do you have a bad feeling about this?

It's from Blade Runner not Star Wars! :-)

The word "electrocution" means death caused by electric shock, so I can only imagine that her son was killed by one of these umbrellas.

Tragic.

Time...to buy...

As above.. everything to do with Bladerunner & nothing to do with Star Wars.. unless you can provide a picture link to someone with a neon Umbrella that is!

Yes, hence the title contains references to both. If you took a light saber and put an umbrella on the end of it, that product would be the result. Well actually the light saber would just put a big hole in the umbrella but you get my point.

Can you just set it to stay on one colour?

No, a few different colours. If you click the link, there is a video on there.

I just had an idea - if you take the umbrella bit off, surely this would make a good value light saber as well.

I logged on to the site for rain gear but these are not the umbrellas I'm looking for.

Surely this is just LED's running at a max of 4.5v, I can't understand how that could affect anybody there's no step up inverter thingy. Hot from me but not for me !

He had a fight with the fett who then walks into the ship and bangs his head mega Lols

High possibility of lightning strike. That would definitely electrecute someone using this umbrella.

If you could make it stay on a single colour it would be a buy for me but the constant pulsing makes it no deal for me. Still a good price for what it is though!

£5.99 on scan today only.

"Your colour choices / lighting modes are: Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Sky Blue, Deep Purple, Pink and then press again for the colour changing mode which fades through all the colours in around 5 seconds"

Is that the one with Scan.co.uk written all over it with the price including delivery being £10.98? It's a cheeky way for them to advertise at your expense!

This is amazing....Id love to see someone just holding this up while its raining simply to stand and let jaw hit curb.... while watching someone mug him and make off with his brolly

want! i think? oO

Yes, that's the one. If you carrying a light up umbrella in the rain, you obviously don't care what you look like, let alone what's written on the umbrella. And last time I checked £11 < £13. Was just trying to help in case anyone's buying anything more from Scan, as some people get free delivery with scan orders over a certain price.

Yeah, fair point but I actually think by the end of this year, everybody on my street will own Blade Runner umbrellas so they look cool like me. I just think Scan are cheeky (but clever) charging for what is basically a promotional item advertising their website. Also, I can switch this one off once I realise how stupid, I mean cool I look whereas that Scan one will forever make me look like I work for them. I once had a really nice promotional umbrella from a car company and somebody stole it - painful memories.
