...this again,

Canceled mine after 8 days, good old EE......

1) Couldn't log into user account online, wouldn't even let me create an account as the website kept on bombing out! - had to phone them in the end
2)Took wrong payment amount
3)tried to tell me there was a £18 cancellation charge, i had to explain i was within my 14 days to get this taken off.

Good deal but dealing with service providers is another mine field to avoid

not working for me, says voucher invalid and i have to pay £129 for the phone?

pay today 129.99? - am i missing something?

the voucher you used isn't working (EE5CDISCOUNT)

you can however use EEIPHONE5C and get the phone for £10 up front on the same deal

Supermod

Anyone haven trouble, just check you've only got one product in your basket for this promo. It will say invalid if you have any more than one. Empty your basket and hit the link again.

You need to press apply voucher and it takes it off. I just done it and works fine

Heat added, good deal, but i need 32GB!

Code wasn't working for a while but it's back up now.

It's worked for me brill just about to buy but can't find is it on 12 or 18 months thanks x

It is 24 months :-/

Excellent - order referred again. Doubt I'll be getting one =/

I think this happened to most last time the offer was on here (last week!)

Great deal .....got it the last time ..... very happy with it

Great deal OP, but the pedant in me can't help but wince at the mention of 'FREE', when the total price is >£500. BONUS would be more appropriate.

Is this including or excluding VAT??

I just got referred too but phoned them confirmed details and phone will be with me tomorrow happy days, My daughter has the same phone with o2 and I pay £36 a month for hers

Thanks Op

Great thank you..All went through ok :-)

If it gets referred, double check they set the direct debit up properly. Despite providing my details on the form, then again via the call when it was referred, they failed to set a direct debit up. I then got a letter in the post advising of late payment.

Happened to me - I called them up, it was mostly identity check stuff, all fine. Happy with EE, the phone and the tariff (was on Vodafone they didn't come close to matching the deal).

are EEs phones unlocked?

if you cancelled what happened to the phone?

I got this deal, but 2gb wasn't enough so I called up EE and tld them I've seen a better deal with O2 and they bumped me up to 5gb for no more than original monthly price

Great thank you..All went through ok :-)

Great thank you..All went through ok :-)

has anyone taken out this deal before?

is EE any good?

Is it 4g or is it 3g

tried it on with both codes at £21.99, wasn't allowed, oh well, worth a shot. £23.99 will have to do

t-mobile "fair usage policy" now sucks balls.

as soon as you exceed the 2GB, expect extortionate charges for even a few kb! 653kb cost me 8£!

It's no longer still free to browse once 2gb is reached, they'll charge you for whatever you use, you cant cap it, so expect to pay more than the contract price per month.

Doh, I've been going over my 1.5gb for a while now (once I did 20GB cos I tethered my ps4 to it). I'd best stop doing that then!

if you have a 2012 or before contract that has just been renewed each time, you may be ok as it will still come under the old terms, any new contracts have this silly fair usage policy, i went that 653kb over my 3GB, to find the 8£ over the few days i had left for that month. Phoned them to ask why, they cant explain the charges, or why you get charged and will not put you on to somebody that could possibly explain how much each kb is etc, they just dont care. Been with them for 3 years now, they wouldnt renew my last contract this time round, said it was an old one, got me off the free to browse internet once limit is reached, website never works, never get an english speaking rep over the phone, well, you do, but not properly.. since 4G has rolled out my normal signal is shocking, garbled phone calls no matter where i am, yet it's been fine in this area for years and being honest, ive always reccomended t-mobile to my friends etc, certainly will not do so now.

Fed up, jumping ship ASAP!

I guess there clearing out all iPhone 5c & samsung s4 as new products are coming in

This is an excellent phone and having to ring them up after the order seem standard for some reason - i had to do it.

iPhone 5C is a great phone and not plasticy as you might think, prefer this 5C over my wife's 5s any day of the week.

I bought a pink one of these for the Mrs in April. Had to go through a massive ID checking rigmarole but it was worth it. 4G is good.... if you've got coverage

Just spoke with the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoken to. Cancelled order on that basis alone!

Signed up, had to ring them... Got O2 on the phone as we speak trying to match it, they cant get near it apparently oO

This Deal should be red hot!! there's nothing out there that's close to this
